Welcome to Paradise....

Our unit is located in one of the most sought after condominium complexes in Kona, Hawaii. The location is perfect. It is in walking distance to town where there are plenty of restaurants, shopping and night life. We are also near several beaches and all water sports. If you enjoy Golfing, the nearest Golf Course is the Kona Country Club, about a 10 minute drive.

Alii Villas is about 8 miles South of the airport. If you are interested about what to do or where to find the "best" activities, you can email us and we would be happy to make suggestions and tell you about waterfall hikes and secluded beaches that only the locals know about. We want to help you experience your dream vacation!

The Unit is located on the 3rd floor in an excellent section of the complex. We have a great view of the ocean and are in close proximity to the pool and the brand new grilling area. We've worked hard to provide you with all the comforts of home (see amenities below). We were just visiting and made some great upgrades. We put a lot of time and care into making it a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We are positive that you will enjoy your stay and come back again and again!

*Our nextdoor neighbor also rents his Alii Villas unit as a vacation rental. If you would like to pair up next to friends and/or family during your stay, we can acommodate!

A Hawaii State Tax of 11.25% will be added to the total.
$200 Refundable Security Deposit and a Non-refundable Cleaning Fee.
Cleaning fee varies depending on length of stay.  Starts at $75.
Nov. 15 - April 15 rates apply to the week before and the week after the Ironman.

  • We stayed in Kona for one month in the Alii Villas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well equipped, neat, tidy and all our needs were met. The pool and grounds were also very well maintained. Proximity to town and attractions was also a positive factor. We would recommed these accomodations to anyone.
