Our home is located just off US192, approx 9 miles south-east of WALT DISNEY WORLD, offering one of the fastest, easiest routes to Disney and all of central Florida's major attractions!
Our IMMACULATELY presented TWO-STOREY home is PROFESSIONALLY MAINTAINED and offers our guests almost 3500 square feet of accommodation with 3 SEPARATE LIVING ROOMS, including a fabulous upstairs LOFT/DEN with sectional recliner sofa, cable TV/DVD/VIDEO PLAYER & PLAYSTATION 2.
Our SUMPTUOUS FIRST FLOOR MASTER SUITE has an amazing CALIFORNIA KING PILLOW-TOP BED and a LAVISHLY UPGRADED EN-SUITE bathroom with TRAVERTINE TILE, step-in SHOWER (big enough for two!!), TWIN VANITIES, brushed pewter fittings ..... WOW!
UPSTAIRS you'll find a SECOND KING SIZE BEDROOM and QUEEN SIZE BEDROOM - both exquisitely decorated!
Our PATRIOTIC AMERICANA themed bedroom offers TWO TWIN BEDS and a WALK-IN CLOSET and our younger guests are sure to love spending their vacation with MICKEY, MINNIE and some of their friends in our fabulous DISNEY THEMED bedroom, also with TWIN BEDS.
All bedrooms have plenty of storage with LARGE CLOSETS, nightstands and dressers. The MASTER SUITE has large WALK-IN closet and a WALL SAFE to stow your personal belongings.
There are THREE FULL BATHROOMS PLUS A GUEST BATHROOM/HALF-BATH.
CEILING fans, cable TV & DVD players feature in all of our BEDROOMS!
Our separate STUDY includes a DELL COMPUTER and FREE HIGH SPEED BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS allows you to stay in touch with friends or family back home or you can bring your own laptop and log onto the net with WIRELESS from anywhere in the house!
Our stunning home is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED for your comfort with the added bonus of CEILING FANS in all bedrooms, the upstairs LOFT/DEN and FAMILY ROOM.
Chill out in our 1950s THEMED GAMES ROOM which is also air-conditioned (many are not!!) and features a professional, 8ft POOL TABLE with slate bed, 7ft AIR HOCKEY TABLE.
A large capacity WASHER AND DRYER are provided along with fresh, clean bed linens and lots of fluffy, cotton towels of all sizes - including over-sized BATH SHEETS and poolside towels!
Our well appointed, FULLY EQUIPPED FAMILY KITCHEN has an American Refrigerator/Freezer, Ice-Maker, Dishwasher, Electric stove/cooker, built-in Microwave, Electric Kettle, Coffee Maker & Toaster plus quality utensils, lots of coffee mugs, glasses, Flatware & Dinnerware, stainless steel appliances & pans.
FREE BABY EQUIPMENT includes a pack & play crib, stroller, highchair, car seat, two bed guards/bed rails. For added peace of mind, there's also a CHILD SAFETY POOL FENCE & POOL ALARM.
An ELECTRIC POOL HEATER gives you the option of having the pool and spa/jacuzzi heated. DECK LIGHTING and MULTI-COLORED, FIBER OPTIC UNDERWATER POOL LIGHTING is included to add to your enjoyment of the outdoor facilities of our home.
Our LARGE, EXTENDED POOL DECK has a south-west aspect giving pretty much all-day FLORIDA SUNSHINE, and beautiful sunsets over the LAKE.

A CHARCOAL BBQ GRILL is provided with our compliments. A GAS GRILL may be rented separately through our management company.
We love spending our family vacations in the DISNEY AREA and this truly is our second home ... not simply a rental property.

Why the Owner Chose Liberty Village
After 12 years of spending our family vacations in Florida we know our way around pretty well and we chose our home for it's great location amongst beautiful surroundings and wide open spaces, the generous sized lot and because it offers the ideal base from which to visit all of Orlando's top attractions yet provides the perfect environment in which to relax and enjoy your vacation with family or friends. We love the fact that there is a mix of both residential properties and vacation homes which means you can take the kids trick or treating at halloween or take a stroll around our beautiful community during the Holidays and enjoy all the lights and decorations which are absolutely stunning!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Ease of access to the "main stream" tourist facilities (eg: DIsney/Universal/Florida Mall etc.) AND the less well known, smaller nature based parks - such as "Horse World", Air-boat rides in the swamp lands, Helicopter rides, "Old Town", etc.
This leads onto the the Disney Main Gate, The Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney Hollywood Studios (aka MGM) - all within 5 mins of liberty Belle! Only slightly further is Disney's Animal Kingdom
