  Our family had a great time in Florida at the Presidential Lodge. The house was everything it boasted to be. The decor, the spaciousness, the pool, the location....so very nice. Perfect for our family of 4 teenagers and grandma too. We checked out at 7 am this morning. I hope that everything was found in good order as we intended. One suggestion...I was not able to find a suitable broom or vaccuum. The broom in the kitchen closet is falling apart and actually made more of a mess. There was also a small hand broom and dustpan for small jobs but with a family the size of mine, I usually sweep fairly often. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It really was great! Five stars from the our family! Thanks again!

  We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful 5 bedroom home, there were 9 of us there it was very spacious and lots of setting areas to relax. The pool temperature was nice and warm, we had a terrific time, great location, close to a super Walmart, will recommend it to all my friends and family.

  We just returned from our visit and we had an amazing stay. We had a group of 7 women. The house was huge and accommodated our group very well. The house is exactly as described and pictured. It was a great time! I would definitely recommend it!

  The house was beautiful and close to everything. Bob was very helpful and great to work with. I had to reschedule our trip due to back surgery and Bob was great in helping to reschedule. I highly recommend staying here you wont be disappointed at all!

  Upon receiving word of my review, the owner of this property called me at my home and screamed at me over voicing my experience at his property. I attempted to offer further explanation to him as to what the problems were and how we tried twice to remedy things with the property managers...he simply became even more irate and then a woman's voice ( I assume his wife) screamed f- bombs along with anti Jewish remarks. Just thought other renters deserve to know who they are dealing with. My family stayed here for a week. The house was PRESET to 73 degrees and could not be changed according to the property managers. The sign by the thermostat read that the house stays 80 degrees in the summer. We like to sleep on the cool side and this house was just miserably hot to us! The bedrooms have only one AC vent that is often blocked by the bed/dresser. The ceilings fans help as long as you are directly underneath one but they are noisy and shake all night. The advertised "A/C" game room is a portable unit with a broken hose that tries to pull it's air in a from a small hole in the garage wall. The pool was quite cold until the end of our third day when the PM was able to adjust it. The "hot tub/spa" is worthless...it is so cold. I'm happy to pay extra for pool/spa heat...but the owner refuses to tell you what temp. he sets the pool at, and only AFTER you've paid everything are you are informed that he will only run the heat from 8am-6pm. If you are at the parks all day and want to come home to a comfortable pool/spa for an evening of family fun it's probably not going to happen in the cooler months. Also,these were without a doubt the cheapest and most uncomfortable beds we've seen in any rental, including cheaper condos. Any motion on the MB mattress caused the mattress to slide off the bed. Two kids slept on sofas they were so uncomfortable. The house was clean although there was a dirty diaper smell in the master closet among all the baby equipment. PM came out to take care of the stench. Lastly, the water pressure in the master shower is so compromised by water saver washers that this shower is basically unusable-especially if you need to wash your hair. Upstairs bath was better, but not exactly the luxury the owner advertises when one is sprinting upstairs, wrapped in a towel to shower in the kids bath. To us, the most important comforts were just so lacking in this house. It just seemed that the owner's frugality stands well before the comfort of guests.

  Owner response: Customer Sat is our #1 priority & we happily accept justifiable feedback. We have had high occupancy for 8 years with significant repeat business. Feedback is normally very positive but unfortunately this the worse type of guest who enjoys complaining, has limited capabilities with household equipment and is a vindictive character. This guest has LIED about the situation and failed in their fundamental responsibility of reporting issues AT THE TIME so that we can resolve their confusion. WHY WAIT 2 WEEKS AFTER LEAVING TO REPORT THESE POINTS? The guest states the A/C was “pre-set” – this is a LIE, guests have FULL control over the A/C – there are no constraints. We do provide written RECOMMENDATIONS but at the end of the day the guest can set whatever temp they like on the Cooling or Heating. Their main issue was the house being too hot. However they stayed in mid-winter when the temp was 57f - 64f (most days 60f). The instructions quoted by the guest apply to COOLING limits in the SUMMER when an over-active A/C unit can easily be damaged if set too cool. Obviously in winter there is no need for “cooling” evidently therefore this was a problem of their own making, had they raised their concerns at the time someone would have come around to show them what to do! In regards to the other comments: A/C vents, this is another LIE – location/number are set by building regulations, not owners – NONE OF THE VENTS ARE BLOCKED by furniture. NO DIRTY DIAPER was found, this was the only complaint raised during the stay, when investigated NOTHING was found & NO odour detected, air-freshener was sprayed to pacify the guests. NO REFUSAL to provide info on water temp was made. I EXPLAINED prior to arrival it was NOT POSSIBLE to state temp. I confirmed heater would be set to max - raising water temp higher than ambient temp by about 10-15of. I could not state an actual water temp therefore as this dependent on the ambient temp. We have NEVER had a bad comment about our mattresses before – only EXCELLENT feedback. M/bed King mattress needed 4 people to lay due to large size, guest must have been doing something unreasonable to make it move at all. There is NO water saver on Shower & it works fine but guest didn’t understand controls. Games rm A/c has 6’ ducting/external vent – this is not “small” but equip requirement. Unit works fine but AGAIN no complaint raised about a fault so how could we deal with it? Pls contact owners for full explanation as space limited here.

  Just wanted to tell you that we really enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. It was very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. It was so nice to come 'home' after busy days and just cook, relax and hang out in comfortable spaces. It was perfect for us. We did not expect a lighted Christmas tree and were thrilled with that detail! Your home was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of linens. We enjoyed our daily walks in the neighborhood too. I also have to say we loved the 'garage'! In fairness, I have to say we were disappointed the hot tub never got hot. But to the credit of your property manager, they were responsive and tried. We appreciated the effort. Thank you again for letting us have the team over for New Years as well. EVERYONE was marveling at our good fortune. Most were staying in local hotels, and a few were in rented condos or tiny time shares with relatives but all said they wished they had found something like your home for the week. I think we have convinced many to try vrbo next time they travel. They loved your home and the fact that it 'felt' like one. Thank you again for your attention to detail. If we ever go back to this area again, we will be sure to contact you....and I will refer friends too."

  We had a great stay with Orlando VIP Villas. The house was in great shape, very beautiful, and very spacious. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to save money on lodging when visiting Florida. All of the booking went very smoothly and very easy.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
