Leeward Key is located at Miramar Beach. Three of our favorite restaurants are all within walking distance. The magnificent views from our balcony, BOTH master suites and the living area are breathtaking!
We have TWO Master Suites, each with a whirlpool tub and Gulf Views. It is a perfect set-up for two families, with the great room, dining room and kitchen seperating the sleeping areas. This is an upscale condo with granite countertops and vanities. Plush, wall-to-wall carpeting in each of the 4 bedrooms.
Very large condo with over 1800 sq.ft. of living area and over 200 sq.ft. of tiled balcony. Built in 1999. Can be rented as a three bedroom, with the fourth bedroom as a lock-out. Of course, this depends upon the number of guests.
Sorry, we do NOT rent to vacationing students! Reservations made on short notice require a cashiers check for deposit and rental payment. This is a NON-SMOKING condo. Possible minimum 4 night stay, only after labor day until mid-November, no exceptions to this specified time.

During husband's career, he traveled around the world. He still states to this day, that Destin has the most beautiful beaches.

Elegant yet comfortable condo. This is a beautiful, spacious, well kept spotless condo. Our family stayed here with grown children and grand children and were most comfortable. Very easy access to the beach. Leeward Key is a very nice, well run complex not too big or crowded. The owners are wonderful. I rented their condo and have gained a lifetime friend. I would rent this condo again and again. Would highly recommend!
