This is a private apartment on a charming, landmarked street. It has two small bedrooms, a living room, dining room, new kitchen and nice bathroom with a tub. The apartment is in a building built in 1920 on a block of similar three flats and bungalows from the 1880s. There are beautiful Russian and Ukrainian Orthodox churches all around the neighborhood to walk to and a lot of Polish and Ukrainian culture to enjoy. One block to the North you enter the Wicker Park neighborhood, with all of its bars, eating spots, clubs and shopping. We are a .6 mile walk from the el on the direct line to O'Hare. We are one block from two major bus lines.
