This is a sixth floor unit that has a balcony overlooking the beach and windows that look down the West beach (Sunsets). It has a king-size bed in the one bedroom, two small bunk beds for kids or storage and a new pull out couch.

Don't be fooled by units that offer beach view. This is an unobstructed view up and down the beach from your balcony. No stretching your neck around a corner or trees. No crossing the HOT street to get there.It is "Right On The Beach"! It is located across the street from a nice restaurant (Cotton's Seafood and Steakhouse) and half a mile to a shopping strip. Close to outlet Malls and "Lambert's" (Home of the throwed rolls.) Very nice golf courses around and of course, sugar white beaches. Nice small private complex.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Skye

We were looking for property to retire to. We wanted a place in the mountains & one on the beach. Orange Beach was ideal for us. The water is much prettier than Mobile & West & the sand is sugar white. This resort is small ( 6 floors) & away from the crowd. Emerald Skye has a vacant property next door & State Park beyond that so it is nice & private.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Besides the eating crabs on the balcony & watching the occassional Daulphin go by, we love late evening walks on the beach in the cool breeze. The lights from the pier on the water at night are romantic too.

My wife & I grew up in Lafayette, LA. I am a retired Air Traffic Controller who worked in Houston, New York & Memphis Center. I did part time at Oklahoma City's FAA Academy & now am an instructor in Germany for thier ATC School (DFS). My wife is retired from Continental Express & we love to travel.....especially cruises. We have 4 grown children & 10 grandchildren.

    • Thanks so much for letting my family and I stay in your condo. We absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave! Being a corner unit, there are 2 more windows in the living room along with the sliding glass door which make the view even more awesome. It was plenty of room for my family of 5. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! I also liked the fact that there isn't a condo on one side so the beach wasn't too congested. We can't wait to come back next year.     • I have been to Gulf Shores several times in the past and this trip I made by myself. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony of this condo and read and watch the ocean, the birds, and I even saw dolphins a couple of mornings. Great condo with everything I needed. The beach is wonderful too with white, powder-like sand. I would definitely like to stay in this condo again!

    • Really enjoyed this condo. It was a perfect size for our family of three. It is well stocked with everything you would need. The views were great from the balcony and out of the windows. The beach wasn't crowded since there wasn't a condo next door. We hope to visit again.

    • I just got back from a great weekend in this condo and loved it! The balcony view is wonderful and the side windows make it even better!     • THE PLACE WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. WE HAVE TWO KIDS, THEY LOVED THE BUNK BEDS. ALSO, SITTING ON THE BLACONY AND WATCHING THE WAVES AND BIRDS. THE ROOM IS FULLY FURNISHED, COOKWARE, ICE MAKER, DISHWASHER, AND LINENS. THE ELEVATOR WAS A LITTLE SLOW, BUT IT BEATS WALKING UP 5 STORIES. IT ALSO HAS A ROOM ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR TO KEEP BEACH STUFF. IT WAS JUST GREAT!!!! DANIEL AND CHRIST GREENWAY

    • My mother and I had a wonderful vacation at your condo. It was more space than the two of us needed but having the fully supplied kitchen was great. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony enjoying the view and ocean breeze. I spent most of the days on the beach and my mom on the balcony, the weather was great and even being the week of Memorial Day the beach was not too busy. Can't wait to go back!
