Don't be fooled by units that offer beach view. This is an unobstructed view up and down the beach from your balcony. No stretching your neck around a corner or trees. No crossing the HOT street to get there. It is "Right On The Beach"! You'll even have your own downstairs storage unit to keep sandy things in by the beach stairs. No lugging sandy things up/down stairs & into condo. It is located across the street from a nice restaurant (Cotton's Seafood and Steakhouse) and 1/2 mile to a shopping strip. Close to outlet Malls and "Lambert's" (Home of the throwed rolls.) Very nice golf courses around and of course, sugar white beaches. Nice small private complex.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Skye
We were looking for property to retire to. Orange Beach was ideal for us. The water is much prettier than Mobile & West & the sand is sugar white. This resort is small ( 6 floors) & away from the crowd but still close to shopping. Emerald Skye has a vacant property next door & State Park beyond that so it is nice & private. This unit being a corner unit with windows & the balcony right over the beach was perfect. The storage unit to store sandy things & chairs is right by the stairs to the beach. No crossing any busy highway or hot asphalt to get to the beach. The pier to the left is very pretty & romantic at night when lit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Besides the eating crabs on the balcony & watching the occassional Daulphin go by, we love late evening walks on the beach in the cool breeze. The lights from the pier on the water at night are romantic too. Besides the balcony right over the beach it is a corner unit so you have the side windows in each room facing west for sunsets. Very pretty!

My wife & I grew up in Lafayette, LA. I am a retired Air Traffic Controller who worked in Houston, New York & Memphis Center. I did part time at Oklahoma City's FAA Academy & now am an instructor in Germany for thier ATC Academy(DFS). My wife is retired from Continental Express & we love to travel.....especially cruises. We have 4 grown children & 10 grandchildren.
