This beautiful NO-SMOKING condo became available on October 18th of 2005, and there was a great demand for the winter months. It is a delightfully decorated third floor Condo (24 steps up) with a spacious, vaulted ceiling and is located at the corner of a gated community. It is clean, bright and quiet with a lot of personal and convenience items.
You will easily feel at home. There is a patio with two chairs, a large dining table to play cards and games, and an entertainment center with karaoke and a lot of videos to watch. Downstairs you will find pool, tennis and racquet-ball courts. The pool by the clubhouse is heated and has a Jacuzzi.
At night unwind in the beautiful, serene master bedroom watching cable TV and movies from the comfortable king bed. The room has mirrored closet doors and a private bath with a whirlpool jet in the bathtub. The second bedroom is harmoniously decorated in native-American tones and includes a queen bed and a computer with FREE INTERNET Access. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a phone for local service.
You will not find a better location to access the events and activities of the Valley of the Sun. Immediate access to Highways 60 and the 101 makes attractions just a short journey. Visit the Pioneer Living Museum, Old Scottsdale, Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix zoo, Goldfield ghost town, Wild Life Park, Rawhide Western Town, Rockin’ R Ranch Western, Tortilla Flat Stage coach, Golfland and Sunsplash, art centers, IMAX, casinos and various museums. It is only a short drive into the Apache Trail, the Superstition Mountains and the Canyon Lake where speedboat, kayak, pontoon boat rentals and ‘Steamboat Dolly’ rides are available.
The California Coast; Las Vegas; Rocky Point, Mexico; the majestic Grand Canyon; beautiful Sedona; and Meteor Crater are only a few hours away. Metropolitan Phoenix is home to Major League Baseball spring training. The Chicago Cubs are playing only a few blocks away.

Why the Owner Chose Other Mesa Properties
We live in the same complex and it takes me less than a minute to get from our condo to the rental. That makes it easier to attend to our renters needs. This is also a great location by I-60 ramp and close to 101 and 202 which makes it easier for our visitors to explore the whole valley.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo is bright and cheerful with a vaulted ceiling that gives it a sense of a bigger space. I did all the murals and wallpapering by myself and I believe they contribute to the good energy in the condo. When my husband and I want to relax, this is the place we go to get away and watch movies or sleep in the serene bedroom!

My husband Bruce and I bought this property in 2005 and converted to a vacation/corporate rental. I do enjoy decorating and interacting with our out-of-town snowbirds, and this is more like a "hobby" business. I am a full time Internet Marketer, aspiring to also market my husband's books on the Iraq War, Anti-Aging and Enlightenment.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here just for the fact that the land-lady, Ms. Vicky Gilbert, was very accomodating of our needs. Made us feel at home. Her place is comfortable, inviting and relaxing.Also this place is close to lots of entertainment spots and close proximity to US-60 makes it a lot easier to get around Phoenix area. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for vacation/business trip in Phoenix area.

The description of this condo fit it perfectly. This was the first time we stayed at a vacation private rental, as apposed to a hotel, and I am so glad we made this choice! At first it seemed like we were in someone else's home, as there truly are furnishings, fixtures, and ammenities as if someone was living there, but that only took one day to get used to, then it was great. Everytime we were out somewhere and on our way back to the condo, we found ourselves saying "let's go home" instead of the usual "let's go back to the hotel", and that was because it was our home away from home for sure. This gated community has very pleasant surroundings, and is nice and quiet. Sure, there are a few rules, but as long as you display your parking decal and don't back in to park, there really isn't any problems. The pool and the hot tub were awesome to look forward to going in each evening, after our day's adventures. The owner, Vicki, was wonderful to work with; she genuinely cares that you have a great stay, and I believe she would go out of her way to help you out however she can to make your stay as nice as possible. My wife and I stayed the week of March 4th to 13th 2010. Condo was very nice and had everything you needed. What was especially nice was the computer in the condo. Vicki was very nice and more than accomodating. We would reccomend this rental as a very nice place to stay.

We stayed in unit 339 during April/May 09. Our plane was delayed over six hours and Vicki was very accommodating and met us at midnight to let us in the unit. The unit has everything we needed including cable internet, very comfortable beds, quite area, and easy road access in every direction. We were very pleases with the unit. We stayed in Vicki's condo in November, 2009 and found the unit to be very soundproof and very functional. The location is great as it is just a block or so from the highway but without highway noise. The weather was fabulous with sun almost every day and temperatures above normal. Definitely a condo that allows you access to the Phoenix area outdoors, many shopping malls and surrounding area. And Vicki does her best to accommodate your every need.

We have spent 3 nice weeks in this condo while on a biz trip to AZ. The condo is very cozy and convinient. Whatever we need (and more) could be easily found in one of the closets. The condo is conviniently located close to mall, Wallmart and other stores. Also, we would like to note exceptional hospitality of the owners. Thank you Vicky and Bruce! Everything was great!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Vicki is a wonderful host and did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The location is very quiet yet accessible to major freeways and attractions. I would recommend this listing to anyone. We will be returning.
