My family and I enjoyed our stay here just for the fact that the land-lady, Ms. Vicky Gilbert, was very accomodating of our needs. Made us feel at home. Her place is comfortable, inviting and relaxing.Also this place is close to lots of entertainment spots and close proximity to US-60 makes it a lot easier to get around Phoenix area. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for vacation/business trip in Phoenix area.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The description of this condo fit it perfectly. This was the first time we stayed at a vacation private rental, as apposed to a hotel, and I am so glad we made this choice! At first it seemed like we were in someone else's home, as there truly are furnishings, fixtures, and ammenities as if someone was living there, but that only took one day to get used to, then it was great. Everytime we were out somewhere and on our way back to the condo, we found ourselves saying "let's go home" instead of the usual "let's go back to the hotel", and that was because it was our home away from home for sure. This gated community has very pleasant surroundings, and is nice and quiet. Sure, there are a few rules, but as long as you display your parking decal and don't back in to park, there really isn't any problems. The pool and the hot tub were awesome to look forward to going in each evening, after our day's adventures. The owner, Vicki, was wonderful to work with; she genuinely cares that you have a great stay, and I believe she would go out of her way to help you out however she can to make your stay as nice as possible. You will not be disappointed with this condo, and like us, you will probably be looking to stay there again! Thanks Vicki, and we will be in touch. Brenda & Rick

My wife and I stayed the week of March 4th to 13th 2010. Condo was very nice and had everything you needed. What was especially nice was the computer in the condo. Vicki was very nice and more than accomodating. We would reccomend this rental as a very nice place to stay.

We stayed in unit 339 during April/May 09. Our plane was delayed over six hours and Vicki was very accommodating and met us at midnight to let us in the unit. The unit has everything we needed including cable internet, very comfortable beds, quite area, and easy road access in every direction. We were very pleases with the unit. We stayed in Vicki's condo in November, 2009 and found the unit to be very soundproof and very functional. The location is great as it is just a block or so from the highway but without highway noise. The weather was fabulous with sun almost every day and temperatures above normal. Definitely a condo that allows you access to the Phoenix area outdoors, many shopping malls and surrounding area. And Vicki does her best to accommodate your every need.

We have spent 3 nice weeks in this condo while on a biz trip to AZ. The condo is very cozy and convinient. Whatever we need (and more) could be easily found in one of the closets. The condo is conviniently located close to mall, Wallmart and other stores. Also, we would like to note exceptional hospitality of the owners. Thank you Vicky and Bruce! Everything was great!!!

We recently spent a week in condo #339. Everything we wanted was right there. The beds very extremely comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer and the computer access. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want - but we especially appreciated the coffee maker. The condo was in great shape and clean. The gated complex was quiet and we had a wonderful week. We would definitely return.

"We enjoyed our 5 days here. Vicki was a most accomodating hostess. We found everything as advertized. Though there were some connectivity issues with the computer, Vicki showed us how to do it and after that everything went fine. She also provided us with a discount card for Fry's, which saved us $ on the groceries."

Great time the condo was so well put together and comfortable! We found the pool area to be very quiet and enjoyed the bright sun. The owners were very accommodating and added to the pleasure of our stay. We recommend this condo to anyone interested in enjoying a relaxing vacation and we plan to go back in the near future.

We spent 2 weeks in Feb in the condo & were very pleased with the accomodations.This is a nicely decorated well equiped condo.We appreciated that all bedding & towels were a high quality. The fully equipped kitchen was a definite asset. Having a computer with Internet access was a nice touch. Weather was cool while we were there so didn't use the pools. However having a pool outside our door would have been very handy had the weather co-operated.The whole complex is kept very neat & tidy. Vickie was very pleasant & always willing to help if necessary

My husband and I recently traveled to Mesa for business and spent 3 weeks at Vicki's condo. It was great to get away from the cold and snow of a Utah winter. This condo was a perfect location for our needs. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Vicki was very accomodating and helpful. We really appreciated access to a washer and dryer, full well-equipped kitchen, cable TV, computer with internet connection, etc. The covered parking and gated community was an added plus. We hated to leave, and will definitely return!

"We spent one week here to get away from the cold Minnesota winter. The condo is comfortable and clean. The heated pool and whirlpool was enjoyable for us, especially our daughter. The complex was very quiet all the time. We enjoyed the cable TV and plying DVD's too. We had a good time and hate to leave."

This property is truly a home-away-from-home; it has every comfort that you could expect. The kitchen is more complete than many people's own kitchens. And, just as advertised by the property owner, the site is very convenient to all Phoenix (Valley of the Sun) attractions. The property owners have been very accommodating during our stay. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.
