Welcome to our mountain retreat recently remodeled in time for the 2010 ski season! All new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new cabinets, tile flooring and new lighting make this kitchen a delight to use. In addition we have added new furniture, carpeting, paint and upgraded all over to make this a retreat that our family and guests will enjoy and want to return to for future vacations. Surrounded by pine and aspen, this beautifully appointed 1800 plus square foot townhome features three bedrooms, three full baths, private hot tub, garage, laundry, two decks, river rock gas fireplace, free high-speed internet (DSL/wireless), and much more...
This highly desirable location, is a short five minute walk to town and restaurants and only 1000 feet to the high-speed Quick Silver chairlift at Peak 9. Breckenridge's new ice arena is also a short walk away. The free shuttle stop to any point in town, is just steps away from the front door.
The master suite and loft area are secluded on the upper level for maximum privacy. The large private bathroom boasts double sinks, tiled floor, and huge walk-in closet. The private balcony overlooks the peaceful, natural setting. A king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and TV make this a true retreat.
On the main level you will find the large dining area with seating for nine, a fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances which is perfect for entertaining with its wrap-around breakfast bar, and the large living room with a river rock gas fireplace, TV, VCR, and DVD player. The living room opens onto the redwood deck with its private hot tub for eight.
The lower level contains a second master suite with private bathroom, queen-size bed, and TV. A third bedroom with its lodgepole log bunkbed sleeps three. Another full bathroom is located on this level, as well as the laundry facility with full washer and dryer.
This townhome also has a one-car garage with ski storage and an additional parking space for a second vehicle. The walkway to the private front entrance is radiant heated and designed to give that "mountain retreat" feel you are looking for. Cable TV and high-speed internet access (DSL and wireless) are included for your convenience and pleasure.

We bought and re-modelled this townhome so family, friends, and guests can experience what caused us to fall in love with this town. Village Point is a beautiful townhome complex with many full time residents enjoying the setting with vacationers. The heated paths keep the walkways perfect throughout the winter and the explosion of flowers in the summer make this the ideal vacation getaway.

It is such a relaxing and private retreat. Stress of daily life just melts away. Our location is fantastic, as we can walk to town, to the ski lift, and to the ice arena!

Debbie and Kevin MacCary first fell in love with Breckenridge when we were assigned to Ft. Carson, Colorado with the U.S. Army years ago. We now live in Castle Rock, Colorado and return to this amazing town as often as time allows to enjoy the four seasons that make the Rocky Mountains so unique. We don't use a management company and believe that fair and honest dealings with fellow vacationers is the best way to ensure that everyone benefits from the arrangement. Our family loves Breckenridge and are certain you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We had an awesome time. The condo was wonderful and the owners were more than helpful and accommodating to use. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The skiing was terrific. We would definitely stay here again. The condo looked just like the pictures on VRBO, it was clean and supplied everything we needed to make the trip great.
