In addition, we have remodeled all 3 bathrooms, and have upgraded all over to make this a retreat that our family and guests will enjoy and want to return to for future vacations. This highly desirable location, is an easy 10 minute walk to town and restaurants and only 1000 feet to the high-speed Quick Silver chairlift at Peak 9. Breckenridge's ice arena is also a short walk away. The free shuttle stop to any point in town, is just one block from the front door.
The master suite is secluded on the upper level for maximum privacy. The large private bathroom boasts double sinks, tiled floor, and huge walk-in closet. The private balcony overlooks the peaceful, natural setting. A king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and TV make this a true retreat.
A loft area includes a queen-size futon.
On the main level you will find the large dining area with seating for nine, a fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances which is perfect for entertaining with its wrap-around breakfast bar, and the large living room with a river rock gas fireplace, TV, and DVD player. The living room opens onto the redwood deck with its private hot tub for eight and gas grill.
The lower level contains a newly furnished second master suite with private bathroom, queen-size bed, and TV. A third bedroom with its lodgepole log bunkbed sleeps three. Another full bathroom is located on this level, as well as the laundry facility with full washer and dryer.
This townhome also has a one-car garage with ski storage and an additional parking space for a second vehicle. The walkway to the private front entrance is radiant heated and designed to give that 'mountain retreat' feel you are looking for. Cable TV and high-speed internet access (DSL and wireless) are included for your convenience and pleasure.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: No Smoking or Pets Allowed. Price quoted includes cleaning charges. There are no hidden or surprise costs. A 10% discount is given with appreciation to active duty military members with proof of active duty.

About the owner: Debbie and Kevin MacCary first fell in love with Breckenridge when we were assigned to Ft. Carson, Colorado with the U.S. Army years ago. We now live in Castle Rock, Colorado and return to this amazing town as often as time allows to enjoy the four seasons that make the Rocky Mountains so unique. We don't use a management company and believe that fair and honest dealings with fellow vacationers is the best way to ensure that everyone benefits from the arrangement.
