One of two adjacent beachfront homes, approximately 75 yards across a large spacious lawn area to a low dune and sandy beach. (See below for information on the second home.) The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but very convenient to shopping, fronted by a hand-cut lava rock wall.
Lemon and banana trees and other beautiful tropical plants adorn the property. The large lawn area between the house and the beach contains rows of palm trees and a banyan tree that is over a hundred years old. A wonderful place for family fun. The beach is on a shallow lagoon with a fringing reef, where locals fish and gather seaweed in the tidepools. The dune area above the beach is a regular destination for turtles to come ashore and lay their eggs. Beyond the reef, whales can often be seen during the whale season.
The house is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home that sleeps 8 (up to 10, with children). Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, a third has 2 double beds and the 4th has 2 twin beds. The house has beautiful maple flooring, granite counter tops and maple kitchen cabinets. All 4 bedrooms are located on the 2nd story with a large deck (12 x 24) that overlooks the ocean. It's like sitting on top of the world!
All of the beautiful furnishings are comfortable, making it easy to feel at home, relax and enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked (including a blender, toaster oven, microwave and Hawaiian dishware), and the dining table expands to seat 12 people.
Relax on the large patio facing the lawn and beach beyond, or lounge on deck chairs on the lawn. This home has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation---you feel at home the moment you walk in. You would never know you were one block from the main road of Kihei Town.
The house is adjacent to a 2-bedroom house under common ownership, sharing the same lawn area, which is also available to rent. (See VRBO Listing No. 180360.) A grounds keeper lives on site.
An opportunity to rent one or both homes (together they can sleep up to 16 guests, making these homes a perfect place for a family reunion, a cozy getaway or a memorable holiday.

After to coming to Maui since I was a small child, "KIHEI TOWN" has always held a special place in my heart! It is where I first experience the Beauty and the Aloha of the Hawaiian Islands.
The temperature is perfect, the beach is uncrowded and the people are warm and friendly.
This property inparticular, is very private and the beach is never crowded. It is a place that, if you prefer, to walk to the beach with a cup of coffee in your hand and your bathing suit, or bath robe on, and feel very comfortable! These home are also in walking distance to everything, including, restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores,gas station, the Community Swimming pool and so much more. It's a wonderful little town!

We feel our property is extremely unique in regards to the location, conveience, privacy and uncrowded beaches. We have furnished our homes with very comfortable furnishings. It is very important to us, that you find our homes...Your Home Away From Home...with all of the comforts you are used. Being able to walk approximately 50 yards to the Beach and watch the Maui Sunsets, is just the topping on the cake!! Don't forget about the whales that come in the winter months...you can see them from your windows, lanai or the sandy beach. The ocean waves are small here, making it so nice for families. Our piece of Paradise....awaits you!!!
Kihei-Wailea community swimming pool. This complex has 4 seperate swimming pools, on of which is a wonderful toddler pool. Pool is free to use/open 7 days a week.
