  After spending a week renting both homse for the 12 of us I would like to Thank You ever so much! Upon arriving the homes were just getting the last minute details from your cleaning lady. I must say she does a grand job!!! She took the time to show us around so that we knew where everything was. The lawn area & beach were perfect not to mention the sunsets!!!!! Just like in your photos! If I had to rate this property 1-10 It was an 10!!!!!! All of us loved staying there & could not have had a better place on the island. The homes were close to shopping & beaches so that made it easy for all of us. We range in age from 25 to 62 yrs old & each of us commented on how perfect these homes were. Thank You so much for the wonderful week prior to our son's wedding. The memories will last a life time. I would highly recommend your property to anyone wanting to relax & enjoy all the island has to offer. It is a piece of paradise for sure!

  This property was excellent for our family,. We rented both this and the neighboring house to accommodate our party of 14. The location in Kihei was wonderful. The owners were excellent to work with. The homes are in great condition and perfectly located. We look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended.

  We were in Maui for our daughter's wedding. As a family we rented both houses and hosted guests as they arrived. We held family dinners, a girls night (while the boys went bungee jumping), hosted a barbeque, etc. - all were held in the beautiful, large back yard overlooking the ocean. My sister spent her mornings reading out back, sipping her tea as her 7 year old daughter played. The sandy beach was quiet and the water was, believe it or not, warm and shallow for what seemed like forever. It was a lovely place to watch the sunsets. The bride and groom enjoyed a private stay in the smaller house next door. It was perfect, giving them some privacy and solitude when they needed it. We all had a wonderful experience and it was hassle free. These two houses had everything we needed for comfort and convenience and the owner was committed to ensure we had a great stay. The only thing we were initially a bit concerned about was the heat, and whether or not the upper level of the house was was going to be too warm to sleep at night. I hate air conditioners but when the days are hot sometime they are needed. But in the evenings the cool breeze blew in through the open windows and the ceiling fans located throughout the house offered a nice flow of fresh air. We always had a great sleep. I do not hesitate in rocommending either of these two houses. Our stay on this property has set the bar pretty high for us, being our first time in Maui. I am not sure anything else will come close or offer the same experience. It was a little piece of paradise.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 9 in our group and never felt crowded in the house. The pictures are true to form and the owner is GREAT to work with. I gave him a call once during our stay to find the community pool and he answered right away. We are going to try and do this trip every other year and plan to stay here. There was no air conditioning in the house and I was concerned ab out that. Alas I was wrong to have concerns. Just open your windows and turn on the fans and you get an awesome breeze that leaves the house feeling cool and comfortable. Location is great too walking distance to many shops.My husband and I went walking a few times and loved stopping at some of the local shops. To feel like a true "MAUI LOCAL" just stay here and you will blend right in!! AWESOME,AWESOME, AWESOME is all I can say. It was very sad to leave. After leaving we stayed at a hotel for one night. Our ride to the airport we had to do one more drive past our vacation home, Would recommend this place on a scale from 1-10 a 10

  This home was just what we were looking for: an affordable place where we could walk on the beach right out the back door, see the ocean, and have room for all seven of our group to be comfortable without stepping on each other. This home definitely fit the bill! The description, photos and listing of amenities were all highly accurate. I will add that the view of the islands from the property is even better than the picture portrays. Property was clean and owner was VERY helpful. No a/c is not a problem as long as you open doors and turn on fans as soon as you get in. We were very comfortable in the home during the day, and slept well with the night breezes. We drove around much of the island with this as our home base. Wailea (15 min- beach nice for sunning, not as rocky for playing in water), Lahaina (25? min, beaches for surfing, lots of shopping on Front Street), Kaanapali (30 minutes, great beaches, really good snorkeling), and Hana (several hours, depending on how often/long you stop). Right there In Kihei, there are many restaurants and shops. Be sure to check out the outlet shops where you can sometimes snag a good deal. Several grocery stores nearby (take a minute and sign up for the store's member discount card - definitely worth it). Boogie boards and more for rent nearby (the property does provide 4 lounge chairs). If you like sushi, be sure to go to O'Lei. I would definitely recommend this property, and would return myself, should the opportunity arise!

  I never write reviews, but used them while planning our vacation for the perfect place to stay for my wedding with my large family. The site was so amazing we got married on the grass with a small group of friends and family. We had planned on having the wedding on 1/11/11 at a beach further south, but one look out the back lanai and I was in love. We even had the Jawz Taco truck pull in to serve our guests! We used the whole property the big house is amazing, good decor and is also well laid out if you need to put the kids to bed and still have a drink on the lanai. The cottage is also well decorated and has a great layout. Extremely affordable for what you get and perfect for larger families who want to get away from it all. Plenty of room for parking, if you rent multiple cars. If you are looking for a space that won't blow your budget but is still comfortable and accommodating you have found the place!! The beach is rocky but perfect for a walk in the morning. We drove down to Po'olenalena beach to play in the surf with the kids. The owner is very easy to work with and made planning our wedding a breeze!! We will definitely be back!

  This house was great, we loved every minute we were there. The house is very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pictures show the true beauty of the house and the beach. The beach is beautiful, shallow for a long distance and a little rocky, but our kids loved it. House is within walking distance of a grocery store and approx. 8 min. to the harbor if you are planning on diving. You can easily get to restruants, beachs, and shopping from this house, yet you feel like you are not in the middle of town. We stayed at this house with another family, there was 9 of us and there was plenty of comfortable room for all of us. The owner was great to work with, and willing to help you with any concerns or questions. Had a large deck off of the upstairs bedrooms and a large area outside of kitchen with table to enjoy the sunset while eating dinner, or just relaxing after playing all day. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house to everyone.

  This was our 4th year visiting this property! It is wonderful! We usually stay for 2+ weeks and never want to go home when our time is up. The home is large, lots of windows, very comfortable. Very private, it feels like you are on your own private Island!! Owners are very concerned and will help in anyway they can to make your visit the best it can be! We have already booked for next year!! Great price for this home, should be more, but don't tell the owners that!!

  Great place to stay, close to shops (within walking distance), beach out front, awesome for kids, comfortable, roomy, clean, kitchenware well supplied. Would stay here again anytime. Great for families, small weddings, family gatherings. Description and pictures accurate. Owner great and very helpful. Only thing I would like is air conditioning but the fans are very helpful.
