The Condo was totally renovated. The entire Condo unit was essentially rebuilt as our second home. European porcelain floor tiles were laid down throughout the Condo with granite counter tops. All new furnishing include solid wood furniture. Living room has leather sofa and chair. Even the wall switches have been replaced. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances.

After the renovation, we have been told by long time staff at this complex that it was "THE BEST" and "NICEST" unit. Most of the units in the complex still have the original kitchen and furniture from the '70's!! Compare the hotel's prices and keep in mind the condition of the units.

Real One Bedroom unit, wall and door between living room and bedroom. NOT A STUDIO WITH PULLED SCREENS.

Building facilities:
*Laundry room is also two doors down. 8 am - 10 pm. Wash $1.50/load. Dryer $1.50/45 mins.
*Trash room is two doors down to your right. 7 am - 10 pm.
*Mini Market on the first floor is open 7 am - 11 pm daily. It stocks all sorts of supplies and foods.
* Included in the price, high speed broad band and wireless internet in the condo. Please bring your own RJ45 cable (network cable)for wired access.



On the recreational deck on the sixth floor:
*Swimming pool with lots of chairs 8 am - 9 pm.
*Sauna.
*Mini-putting green.
*Two jet Jacuzzis, one hot the other hotter.
*Tennis/Basketball court 8 am - 6 pm. Book time at the security office on the other side of the first floor lobby.
*Sam's Snack Bar 10 am - 8 pm daily. All sorts of fast food and some cook to order Hawaiian plate lunches (including meats and fish).
*10 Electrical BBQs. Coin operated $2/1 hour.
*Playground.

  • We love staying at the Waikiki Banyan because of the location close to the beach and the strip and this condo is much nicer than the standard rooms at the hotel. Also, having access to beach chairs was a bonus. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was very good in responding to any questions I had and ensuring that I was provided with all the information I needed. We enjoyed our stay in Waikiki and look forward returning in future.

  • We enjoyed our stay at the Waikiki Banyon. The pool and kids playground was nice for our 19 month old. The unit was well equiped and nicely maintained. Charles and Emily were very polite to talk to. We wish there was more room to put our luggage away, but overall a very nice place. We would stay here agin when we come back. Thanks!

  • My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Waikiki Banyan Luxury Condo. The suite was well appointed and very comfortable, and the owner's Oahu tips were very helpful. While staying here you are no more than a quick walk to Waikiki Beach, the zoo and the aquarium. And it only takes ten to fifteen minutes by bus to reach Diamond Head or Ala Moana Shopping Centre. It is an ideal location at a reasonable price and we highly recommend it.

  • My wife and i stayed in the condo for 5 nights, AUG 30-Sept 3,and we loved it.The condo itself is beautifully decorated, and the location in Waikiki is perfect. The views fron the lanai are magnificent, especially at night. I highly recommend this unit.

  • The condo fit our needs perfectly while in Oahu. One block off the beach, great view of the ocean. The personnel down at the hotel desk were even very friendly. Easy access to public transportation, if you don't have a car, and an easy walk to most everything in Waikiki. Except for a couple of meals out, we actually cooked in the condo and had some nice quiet time as well as the hubbub of Waikiki. Thank you for a nicely designed getaway.

  • The owners were great people to deal with as well. Very helpful and good tips. The condo is absolutely amazing. Very clean & modern decor, feels like your own home. The views are spectacular, and the location is great close to the strip, beach & restraunts. I will definitely stay here again.My parents stayed with the hotel and i would gladly give up daily maid service to stay in this condo instead (it was nice to have cleaning supplies supplied as well) Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo! 10 out of 10

  • We had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was in the perfect location close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The views of the sunrise/sunset were beautiful from the lanai. Nice to have both a view of the mountains and the ocean too. We loved the modern decor and found the condo to be spotless. Hope to be back soon for another visit! Mahalo

  • We really enjoyed this condo. What a relief to stay in a place so recently renovated. It was very hip and modern, without all the clutter we often encounter in vacation rentals. Spotlessly clean! The location turned out to be perfect for us (the east end of Waikiki). Friends stayed on the west end of town and we found this location preferable. We felt driving from the east end of Waikiki was more convenient that the west; better access to the H1 and to many of the sites just because the traffic flow was better. There are great views from the 30th floor, and the owners seemed to have thought of everything re: amenities. Our walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. We'd stay here again and recommend it to friends.
