Palmetto Dunes Outfitters, a two-minute drive away, offers bicycles for rent as well as fishing gear, canoes, kayaks and funyaks for those wanting to explore Palmetto Dunes’ 11-mile lagoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, separate icemaker and microwave oven. A laundry center with washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator is just adjacent to the kitchen and garage.
The five bedrooms are arranged perfectly for two families or that eight-person golf vacation. The first-floor master bedroom suite with separate deck access offers a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, large tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub and private potty room. Bedroom #2 is on the opposite side of the home from the master, offering lots of privacy, with twin beds and its own bath. Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 are up a few stairs from the kitchen, and all have private bathrooms. Bedroom #3 is a second master with its own king bed; Bedroom #4 has two twin beds; and Bedroom #5 has twin beds, a pull-out sofa sleeper, and its own separate living/recreation area, so the house can sleep up to 12 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs, VCRs and DVD players.
