Nestled within Sugar Maples and Pines, the townhouse provides spectacular Mt Snow views and is in a community which has been voted the highest quality property in the area. The on-site Recreation Center offers a large swimming pool, gamesroom with pool table, and well-equipped fitness center, while outside there are 2 tennis courts and a childrens playground.
The house is on 3 levels, each with separate heating controls, it has its own indoor 8-seater Hot Tub and accommodates up to 13 in a bright, clean and welcoming environment. It is ideal for 2 families.
On the main level is a living area (satellite tv) with fireplace, a large deck with gorgeous views, a full kitchen (new tiles and counter tops)and dining area, a bedroom (queen size) and half bath, a laundry area, mud room and a covered porch with ski cupboard
The upper, galleried floor has 2 large king sized bedrooms with their own separate bathrooms. There is a jetted tub in the master.
The lower-floor has a large bedroom with 3 single beds, a full bath plus a separate 8-seater hot tub room. There is also a big lounge/den (with its own satellite tv receiver).
Both the main level and the den also contain sofa beds for extra sleeping accommodation if required.
The townhouse is close to both the golf course and ski lifts. The Moover free ski bus passes by the door and the Mount Snow area has loads of things to do. There is the famous Mt Snow golf course and school, family farms with sleigh rides and bonfires, skiing of all types, boarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, fishing, boating, hunting. There is a great range and diversity of restaurants and good shopping in the town and nearby Wilmington, with bigger centres like Brattleboro, Bennington and the Manchester retail outlet village not far away. Museums and sites of historical interest abound and
did we mention the wonderful Fall Colours?!
There is a service fee of 5% in addition to the rental fee + VT sales tax. A deposit will be required to secure a booking
