This privately owned unit is in the very best part of the Shipyard with back deck views of Key West's famed sunsets over the water.
This is not your typical rental unit. It is my "retreat from New England weather" winter home. It is tastefully decorated and furnished with continual updating to the standards of someone that spends many weeks living here. Recent improvements include new designer bath room, new tile (both bedrooms), new kitchen and appliances, and fresh paint. There is a retractable awning on the west porch so you get just the right amount of sun light. There is an MP3 stereo player, and you are free to use my CDs, and books.
I have been sharing my piece of paradise with friends and family for several years, and now I would like to share it with you.

Ann's Tropical Paradise is Indeed Paradise

My girlfriends and I stayed at Ann's last July. It was wonderful! It was close enough to everything that we walked everywhere. Its next to the best beach on the island, just a 5 minute bike ride! The landscaping is amazing, there's nothing like falling asleep on a chase lounge while listening to the palm tress sway. The condo is clean and well decorated, the bedrooms are a good size and the bathroom is amazing! This will be where I stay every time I come to the island!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
