Welcome to Paradise, and the Island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands with pristine powder white sand beaches, dazzling, crystal clear, turquoise waters and world class diving. You can truly relax and enjoy your vacation in peace and tranquility. In the morning, on the beach, look left and then look right. You will be able to count the number of people as far as you can see, walking the miles of beach. In an average year, the Turks and Caicos has 350 days of sunshine.
There are TWO Condos available. Both are located in the Ocean Club West Resort Complex, known for it's luscious, tropical gardens.
THE FIRST CONDO is a 'Junior Suite', located on the second floor, with an ocean view, utilizing an open concept. It is 950 square feet with a 22 foot screened balcony. Open the 2 sets of 9 foot doors and the balcony becomes part of your living space, day or night. There is a fully equipped bright kitchen with the ocean view.
THE SECOND CONDO is a 'Deluxe Studio' unit, also on the second floor, which sleeps 2 people in 550 square feet. It also has a screened balcony overlooking the expansive, beautiful pool and garden area of the `Pinacle' next door, a multi million dollar complex of only 24 units. . There is a galley kitchen, fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and two burner stove top.
There is a restaurant/bar onsite. Across the street, you will find restaurants and shops. A 5 minute walk (and yes, only 5 minutes), takes you to even more restaurants and shops. If you care to eat in, there is a large grocery store nearby.
Life on the island is casual. Pants and a golf shirt are acceptable attire at any of the many fine dining restaurants. A championship golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
From January through to April, the entire Atlantic herd of humpback whales pass by the shores of TCI on their annual migration. In the last decade, divers have begun to discover some of the finest coral reefs and some of the most impressive walls of coral in the Caribbean, great for diving as well as snorkelling. Historic wrecks have been discovered off the shores of Salt Cay.
