Incredible beachfront, two-story condominium on the sand, with white-water ocean views from all main rooms. Located by the access to the Pismo Beach State Park beach, where vehicles may be driven on the beach. Built in 1991 in a complex of only five units in Oceano, a small town just three miles south of Pismo Beach off Highway 1. Subterranean gated parking for 2 vehicles.
Enjoy swimming, surfing, surf fishing, horseback riding, bird watching, or whale watching from your private balcony patio. ATVs may be rented close by, and ridden on the beach and dunes one mile south. Magnificent sunsets, too.

Why the Owner Chose Pismo Beach
This is our "ol' stompin' grounds". We have always wanted a place right on the beach, so chose to buy this rental. We use it as much as we can when it's not rented.

You can fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves, watch incredible sunsets from your private patio(s). You can even see pods of whales, and dolphins and seals playing in the surf, from the privacy of your own balcony patio. Some GREAT restaurants close by, too.

This condo was the perfect destination for family who were visiting from the Midwest...falling asleep to the crash of waves was indeed a treat for us all. It's just a quick drive from LA and provided the peace and quite we sought out situated directly on the beach! Everything we could have wanted was provided in the condo. We were so comfortable and we felt at home instantly. The owners have opened up their home and I can't wait to go back. It was perfect and I've already recommended it to friends!

I took my family and we loved it, it has everything you need. It's a beautiful home and located on the beach. My kids loved that they could run down and play on the beach, I could watch them from the patio. We will go back next year.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It is built really well - you couldn't hear anything from room to room. It is very secure. The accomodations were wonderful, comfortable and extremely homey. We are planning to go back next year. Very, very nice.

What a beautiful place to stay! Gorgeous views, step out the back gate into the soft warm sand and only a few steps from the ocean, play in the pool within a few feet of your door, relax in the fabulous great room - every room is so tastefully decorated - the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked - We would not change a thing! This is definitely somewhere we will visit again! Thanks Norma & Ron!
