This beautiful condominium is located on the 11th fairway of beautiful Woodhaven Country Club. The unit faces north and has its own lemon and grapefruit tree on the patio. Enjoy your favorite beverage in one of six chairs around the glass-topped table with umbrella and watch the golfers go by or make a tee time and be one of them.
Woodhaven Country Club features a regulation par 70 golf course with excellent practice facilities. It is a gated community with four swimming pools and jacuzzis, tennis, a gym, and a wonderful restaurant in the clubhouse overlooking the golf course. Located just one mile off the 10 freeway on Washington, this tranquil gated community is near excellent dining, shopping, and sightseeing.
The unit has a spacious feel with very high ceilings and a well-equipped kitchen that is open to the large living room and dining room. There is a gas fireplace and a wet bar with a view through a wall of glass to the patio and golf course beyond.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, high ceilings, a large (six foot) newly tiled walk-in shower and enclosure. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and high ceiling and both bedrooms have suspended ceiling fans and view a desert-scape atrium. The secondary bathroom has an enclosed tub and shower.
There is land line telephone, high speed internet connection, and three TVs. One with DVD player and two with VCR players. There is also an AM/FM stereo CD player with a nice selection of CDs. The unit is covered by a comprehensive local Home Warranty policy should any unforeseen emergencies arise. Why the Owner Chose Woodhaven
We chose our Woodhaven condo because we love the floorpan with it's "Great Room" living room, dining room, kitchen area, with a really high ceiling and a wall of glass to the patio and golf course beyond. We almost never get golf balls in the patio (except the ocational one that bounces off a tree) and we enjoy having a cup of coffee in the morning or an adult beverage in the evening and watching the golfers go by. Woodhaven is only about a mile south of the 10 fwy so our commute time from Irvine is less than two hours.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Woodhaven is close to shopping (both El Paseo and the street fair are about 15 Mins. away), many golf courses, dining (both fine & casual), entertainment (the McCallum Theater is about 15 mins. away)so there is really lots to do. You can also relax at the closest community pool just a few doors up the street. We try to do some upgrades every year. Last year we bought a new flat screen TV in the living room and a new king mattress for the master bedroom. So come and stay with us. I'm confident you will really enjoy it.

My wife Ruthanne and I have owned our Woodhaven Country Club condo since 2004. Our plan is to semi-retire there in the near future. I am a Realtor in Laguna Beach, California and Ruthanne is an executive assistant for the president of a tech company.
