- Minimum stay:7 nights
- Internet:Yes
- Pets allowed:No

This attractive, clean, three-bedroom, family-owned cottage (not a commercial property) is on 150 feet of lake frontage on the beautiful south shore of North Lake Leelanau. It is secluded and only two miles by car (less by boat) is the historic town of Leland, Michigan (Fishtown) and Lake Michigan. Lake Leelanau is perfect for water sports with 50 yards of water less than four feet or so of hard-packed sandy bottom leading to deeper water. Includes use of dock and 2200-pound shore station. Row boat with six horse-power engine rents separately for $250.00 for the week. Sugarloaf with Arnold Palmer signature golf course less than five minutes.
Cottage is insulated with 90-plus efficient furnace and wood fireplace in this sports haven. Off season rental time periods more flexible.
Choose where to watch your picturesque sunsets, from the back deck or dock of the cottage, or a short ride to Lake Michigan to view one over the Manitou Islands. Sleeping Bear National Park with its famous Sand Dunes only 30-plus minutes. Color and wine tours a must. Truly a wonderful vacation spot in any season.

This will be our third year staying at this rental and it feels like its our home. It's a great place for families, especially with young kids. The water is very shallow and clear for quite a distance from the shore. The house is neat and well kept, but rustic. Wooded on all sides it provides the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of normal life, but access to all that M-22 has to offer. Been coming to Leland for 43 years and we love staying here....Recommended for: Families with young children.
