  Our extended family had a really great holiday at David and Gloria’s Villa. There was something there for everyone to enjoy from the 5 year old to the 60 year old. The villa was large enough for everyone to have their own space when needed but still had a great homely feel to it, with great decor – we loved all the little extra touches like the lighthouses. It was everything promised and very clean and well equipped in every area and it was great that the parents and grandparents each had an ensuite and then another bathroom for the kids; this all helped to make it a hassle free holiday. The internet was an added bonus as was the pool and spa. Also the location was great, within easy driving distance of everything but far enough away from the tourist areas to have some peace and quiet time and also within easy driving distance of some great restaurants. David was very efficient to deal with and really helpful, we would not hesitate to recommend the villa to friends and family – we will return.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We are so thankful that we stumbled upon your home to vacation in. It was myself, my husband and our teenaged son. The home had everything that we needed and it was so welcoming. We did NOT want to leave!! The jacuzzi was refreshing and the pool lights at night were awesome. We paid extra for the pool heat and were so glad that we did, as it enabled us to swim no matter what the weather was. The pool toys were great and we made family memories while lounging and playing with the beach ball, etc. In addition, my son enjoyed the game room and the video games provided. We didn't hear a peep out of him all night once he retired to go play games. The home decor was beautiful and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the layout of your home for the convenience of it and all of the appliances were much appreciated (nice coffee maker). My husband and I loved the master bedroom and bath - very nice! The location of the home was convenient to Disney and all of our destinations. My favorite part of the stay was sitting in the morning out by the pool and watching the wildlife and birds enjoy all of the greenery and play in the bushes - it was very peaceful. The only complaint that I can come up with is that we had a few 80+ degree days that were humid and it was warm at night while sleeping, so we may have put the a/c down another notch or two to sleep more comfortably, but the ceiling fan did help a little bit. Thank you so much for generously sharing your home with us. We WILL most definitely recommend it to family/friends and will re-book should we come back to the area. The booking process/check-in/check-out was easy and painless. Thank you!!

  "The directions from the airport were concise and we found the villa without any trouble. The villa was comfortable, welcoming, clean with plenty of space for our party (4 adults and 2 two children). The pool area was really lovely and was nice to sit out to have our meals. We liked the doors out to the pool from each of the main bedrooms so that we could go out without disturbing anyone. The management company were efficient and acted on a query the same day. We used Publix and Walgreen Supermarkets which had everything we needed. There were also plenty of restaurants and takeaways within a short drive. We loved our trip to Discovery Cove it was expensive (but included 14 day passes to Sea World and Aquatica) - it was a truly amazing day and would definitely recommend - we certainly made use of the free day passes to Aquatica for either a day on the water rides or just a day relaxing on a sunbed which was needed after long days at the Disney parks. The Disney Parks were also a short drive away, Sea World and Universal a slightly longer drive. For other restaurants we visited Planet Hollywood at Downtown Disney, Colombia Restaurant at Celebration Village (find directions to Celebration before going as it is not well signposted), Bubba Gump at City Walk at Universal and Teppan Edo, Japanese Restaurant at Epcot (book well in advance for this one). Would recommend you book all restaurants before going and found using the computer at the villa very handy to enable us to do this. Our holiday was over far too soon but turned out to be a very memorable and enjoyable one. Our thanks to David in answering our queries in a prompt and courteous manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to friends and family.

  10 out of 10 for spaciousness, location ,tasteful decoration and the lovely heated pool. We enjoyed quite a few evenings ( in Dec ) swimming with the coloured lights on. Fantastic. Had a dip each morning and when ever we had the chance between excurtions and on rest days. Three full bathrooms was a real luxury,and having breakfast at the large table in the sunny kitchen gave us a good start to the day. The games room with Air Hockey was a winner with Hannah 4 and Marcus 8. they could either play on their own or with us. lots of fun and laughter here. We visited 6 Theme Parks in our 11 days in Orlando and they were only a short drive away. Target and Publix are very good supermarkets. Longhorn Steak House had fantastic food and Applebees had good food to eat there or to have a take a way. The Calabay Parc entrance with all of the small trees lit up with small lights ,was very welcoming after a long day out. A truely lovely holiday here and would recommend it 100% to everyone.   A spacious well appointed and welcoming property. All the amenities provided were well maintained and the owner provided excellent directions to the location. A perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day and the management company provide an excellent service when required. The bedrooms are well themed and the bathrooms are spacious with excellent showers. Would recommend the local Cracker Barrel for a traditional American breakfast & the Publix Supermarket at Champions Gate is not far away. We would recommend this villa to anyone and look forward to returning in the not too distant future. The Vickers Family, North Yorkshire, England

  We booked this villa well in advance after being impressed with previous reviews, and we were not disappointed! There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party and the villa provided more than enough space (with beds to spare). Adults and children alike made great use of both the pool and the games room/garage. The villa was spotless on arrival and seems extremely well maintained. The villa was well located for the parks, taking about 15 minutes to get to Disney. As well as easy access on to the main routes. We had a fantastic holiday and are already planning a return in a few years when our youngest will be big enough to tackle the big coasters. The villa was truly like a home from home and we were far from ready to come home when our holiday ended. My boys are missing the villa and their pre-breakfast swims! I have, and will continue to, recommend this villa to friends. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the process ran like clockwork. We will be back! A last little note - Disaster was averted by the provision of 'America ' hair straighteners in the villa, I was horrified when my straighteners wouldn't work due to the differences in voltage. So a huge thanks, these little touches make all the difference!!!l

  Great location not so far away from parks and somewhere to eat and nice and quiet when needing a rest, walmarts just down the road a few miles for getting all your shopping needs, the grandchildren just loved the pool and games room which came in very handy to keep them amused as we had a couple of days bad weather, the computer also helped them keep in touch with their friends and parents saving a lot of money on phone calls. Everything was clean and well maintained a great home from home would certainly recommened to friends and family.

  The villa lived up to the description on the website in every way, a quiet location within a residential estate. It is a spacious open plan villa that has been kept maintained to a high standard with 4 well furnished bedrooms, 2 of which were themed. There was the added bonus of a the use of a computer, very useful to check out places to go. The pool and surrounding area were clean, with a weekly check from the agent. Our 3 children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were sad to leave, a good sign they enjoyed their stay !!

  We have stayed at Calabay Parc many times over the years and in many different villas. Our first impression of this home, judging from the outside, was that it would be too small for our needs. When we entered the home we realized how wrong we were. The layout was spacious and sprawled out nicely. It was billed as impeccably clean and indeed it was. The pool area was, by far, the cleanest and most cared for pool and decking we have ever seen at any home at Calabay Parc. It is quite obvious the owners take great pride in their prized possession and believe me it shows. We would like to thank David and his family and look forward to many happy returns!!
