Although the former reviews for this listing were all 5-star, this was my first experience with VRBO and, admittedly, I had reservations...of both kinds. But rest assured, the five stars are earned. Our stay at Pat's home just couldn't have been nicer. CLEAN, comfortable, a wonderfully equipped kitchen, attached garage, even nightlights(!) provided...really, everything needed was available and so much more. Sipping wine next to the private pool was wonderful. Walking the beautiful neighborhoods of Grandezza with such gorgeous flowers and landscaping was terrific. What a beautiful setting. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon.

Lovely and comfortable home - a perfect place to relax, impeccably maintained. We especially loved dining out in the lanai. Definitely a strong recommendation. Bonita Beach is a truly beautiful fun little beach with great shelling and activities just 30 minutes away. If you like outlets, Miramar is nearby. There's a great little breakfast/lunch eatery called Dolly's on the way to Bonita Beach... you shouldn't miss it. Much better than Perkins. And if you enjoy really really good Italian food, check out Farfalla's. It's a bit pricey but the food is perhaps the best Italian we've enjoyed. (That review comes from my husband, who is himself Italian, so that's really saying something!) Thank you for providing the home for a great vacation.

The Perfect Spot!!!

This is our third year at this rental home and every year gets better! The house is very clean, comfortable and cozy. There are also two bikes to use for cruising the neighborhood or riding up to the clubhouse pool. The airport is 5 miles away and the Outlet mall is across the street with lots of options in the area for fantastic dining and entertainment. So many options, so little time! Most wonderful vacation spot in the Estero area bar none and you can't beat the Grandezza community. The clubhouse has fantastic amenities and wonderful food at the clubhouse even at the cabana. A wonderful safe gated community and everyone is extremely friendly. With the pool out your own back door lanai and the view of the lake you cannot the help but feel truly relaxed. We have found our perfect vacation spot!! THANKS A TON!!

Pat has a lovely home in a great community. The home has everything that you/we need, my family (now with two teenage girls) have been visiting the Naples area for the past 16 years and this home and community is one of the best we have rented. Grandezza is a lovely secure, well maintained community and has access to everything you need within 2 minutes drive. As mentioned, the home is great, well located within the community and is very spacious and well equiped. We will be returning to Pat's home again next year for our Naples vacation. Highly recommended.

My family and I just returned from this wonderful property. The owner and the property manager were both informative, prompt with responses and very kind. The house itself is very clean, spacious and located in a peaceful, gorgeous neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. We were down in Florida looking for a second family home and have fallen in love with this neighborhood and its lush surroundings, amenities and friendly people. Can't fault the house or location! My young family and I have been visiting Florida for many years now, and I must say, Pat's home is easily the BEST we've ever stayed in. With that south facing pool, and a wonderful lake view, you can't help but feel relaxed. Great, friendly neighbours too!

We stayed at this house for the month of November 2010. Clean, perfect location, I would highly rcommend this property. We have stayed in Naples/Estero for the past 6 years at several places. This is top of our list, and we're really hoping to be able to rent it again in 2011. I would highly recommend Cafe L'Italia in Miramar Outlet Mall, fantastic food and a great happy hour. This house was clean, well maintained, and perfect in every way. We loved it.

I have found that the house was very beautiful and comfortable! Right away when I got in I was pleased to find how clean and new things were. My previous experiences renting have not been as good as this one. The rooms are very large and comfortable, and the pool very relaxing. If you are looking for luxury check the place out.

My husband and I stayed in this home for the month of November and we LOVED IT! The house is very cozy with a large kitchen and very open floor plan. The community is 24 hour gated with a gorgeous western view and wonderful clubhouse! The location is top notch with shopping and events galore! We can't wait to make it down to Estero next year!

A wonderful relaxing home in a fabulous community. Gorgeous sunsets, friendly neighbors. The clubhouse is designed in "Old Grand European" style. I spent a month in this home and grade it A+.
