This 2100+ square foot oceanfront custom home was built in 1995. The Black Pearl has an elegant and charming feel with it's antiques and furnishings, specifically catering to adults: however we warmly welcome families with children as long as they are supervised at all times and not left at the home unattended. The home is nestled upon the bluff overlooking the beautiful pacific and the Nelscott Reef. You will feel a sense of serenity as you enter this luxury home to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
The Black Pearl offers something for everyone just name your pleasure and we've got you covered! If it is relaxation you want just slide into the outdoor spa, listen to the ocean roar, belly up to the outdoor bar, and unwind, if fun and games is your thing pop out a board game, shuffle a deck of cards, fly a kite or use a number of the fun beach items available, if you are a thrill seeker hit the waves, or try deep sea fishing, if you are an entertainment enthusiast flip through the extensive cable package offered or the 100+ movie selection provided.
If it is romance you desire stroll on the beach holding hands, enjoy dinner in the dining room with a spectacular sunset view and then indulge in the two person Jacuzzi in the master suite and gaze at the stars, maybe it is just peace and quite you seek: then curl up with a plush throw and read a book from the bookcase, whale watch or meditate in the sunshine through the extra large windows in the captain's quarters or the incredible deck!
Located in the Nelscott area you are right in the heart of Lincoln City... beach access one and a half blocks, public restrooms at access. Parking is available at beach access, however walking distance from home.

If we have gaps in between bookings we will accommodate 4, 3, 2, even 1 night stays; please note this is ONLY when filling gaps between other reservations otherwise minimum requirements apply.
