This 2100+ square foot oceanfront custom home was built in 1995. The Black Pearl has an elegant and charming feel with it's antiques and furnishings, specifically catering to adults: however we warmly welcome families with children as long as they are supervised at all times and not left at the home unattended. The home is nestled upon the bluff overlooking the beautiful pacific and the Nelscott Reef. You will feel a sense of serenity as you enter this luxury home to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
The Black Pearl offers something for everyone just name your pleasure and we've got you covered! If it is relaxation you want just slide into the outdoor spa, listen to the ocean roar, belly up to the outdoor bar, and unwind, if fun and games is your thing pop out a board game, shuffle a deck of cards, fly a kite or use a number of the fun beach items available, if you are a thrill seeker hit the waves, or try deep sea fishing, if you are an entertainment enthusiast flip through the extensive cable package offered or the 100+ movie selection provided.
If it is romance you desire stroll on the beach holding hands, enjoy dinner in the dining room with a spectacular sunset view and then indulge in the two person Jacuzzi in the master suite and gaze at the stars, maybe it is just peace and quite you seek: then curl up with a plush throw and read a book from the bookcase, whale watch or meditate in the sunshine through the extra large windows in the captain's quarters or the incredible deck!
Located in the Nelscott area you are right in the heart of Lincoln City... beach access one and a half blocks, public restrooms at access. Parking is available at beach access, however walking distance from home.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Whale and seal watching right from the house...almost guaranteed to see a whale every day! House is directly in front of the Nelscott Reef so surfers, kite surfers are out there a lot...The Big Tow in Classic is also held at the reef every year.

My name is Michelle. This is my personal vacation home as well, it is very clean and maintained. I have owned it for 5 years and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. It is very homey and the view is AMAZING...sitting at the bar on the deck is truly blissful! No rental pools or agencies...no hidden fees. You won't be disappointed in my little home away from home! :-)

January 25-27 2008 Thanks you for a wonderful girls weekend! Wish we could stay longer, but doesn't everyone! Can't tell you much about Lincoln City but we got the board games down! January 18-20 2008 Our second stay here but not our last! Great homey relaxed stay & place to get together with extended family. Sorry to say we spent so much time gabbing & reminiscing we didn't get to truly enjoy the scenary. The blood realatives pulled out our photo albums the in-laws got to go to whatever area they wanted to, read, sleep, sit in the jacuzzi, wathc tv, eat or join us. We ventured out to the Wildflower Grill great food-worth the expense or to visit the outlet mall, antique store, or art glleries. Thank you from all of us for lettig us enjoy your wonderful home. January 14 2008 We are leaving tomorrow sadly after 4 wonderful days! We were blessed with a spring like day yesterday with blue skies and warm temps. We wathced the surfing competition from the Black Pearl! The house was very comfortable & had EVERYTHING we needed. Dec 31 2007 We will be heading home tomorrow and we all are sad to leave this beautiful house and surroundings. We have enjoyed our many days here and hope we can retuen some day. August 18-25 2007 Madras Oregon, Missoula Montana, Denver Colorado, and Quakertown Pennsylvania our family met here to enjoy a very special week together on the Pacific Ocean. Whales blowing right out from teh back deck! What a beeter location could we have asked for! We thoroughly enjoyed all the OR Coast has to offer with the comforts of this fun home for our "hom base" perfect for everyone 3 years to 63 years! Crabbing, BBQing, whale watching, surfing, kite flying, horse back riding, surf fishing, & lots of novel reading went on inbetween trips to the beach. Our family had week together that was so very special. Deb & Family PS-Horseback riding with Oregon Beach Rides was an experience beyond words...take the 2 hour ride!

August 12-18 2007 Thnak you so much for allowing us to stay in this gourgeous beach house. We had a wonderful time going skim boarding, eating out, walking through the aquarium, Ripley's and the wax museum. Walking along the soft sand watching the sun rise & set, and just lounging in your comfortable home watching movies. This was the best week of my busy summer and I would like ot say thanks again! August 1-5 2007 Another wonderful time here on the Oregon Coast! Year 12 of our annual "girls trip" with granny, daughters, and granddaughter. We LOVE this house! The view from the deck, the spacious rooms all make it feel like our home away from home! We spent time hunting bargains at the outlet mall, walking the beach, having high ta at La Tea Da in Tillamook (we highly recommend that experience) and doing crafts (beading & scrapbooking) at the big dining room table while wathcing movies and looking forward to next year!
