  This is a WONDERFUL condo. The listing description was to a T! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The condo complex was very quiet and everyone was friendly. Very close to the beach. Joann was very helpful with everything and quick to respond and answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here and hope to again someday soon!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway.

  This is a great condo. The pictures are very exact and current. The entire condo and grounds were exceptionally clean. The neighbors are great(Vivian). Joanna was very efficient. We will go back. We carried two small dogs and they enjoyed the place also. Very pet friendly. I must say the condo was cleaner than other PC Beach condos that are not pet friendly. Try this place you will not be disappointed.

  This unit is exactly as pictured. It is clean and well equipped with all of your basic needs (towels, blankets, pots, pans, pillows, salt, pepper, etc...). It is in close walking distance to the beach. You just have to walk through the complex, cross the street and you are there. The property and pool were well maintained. The pool didn't ever seem to have more than 5 people at it. The complex is quiet and family friendly. Joanna answered all of our questions quickly prior to our stay and while we were there. We had two minors issue while we were there. We had spotty internet connection. For some reason it would loose its connection several times a day, but it was easily resolved just by resetting it again. And the washer spin cycle stopped working on check out day. We worried that Joann would be really up set with us and keep our deposit, but this was not the case. She was very nice about the whole thing and was worried that the clothing we washed didn't get done. We would most certainly stay here again.

  This was our first VRBO experience and I could not have asked for a better experience! The condo was located about 1 mile from Pier Park and had easy side street access to PCB parkway for a faster commute to the other side of town. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach! A Pedestrian Crosswalk is marked on Front Beach Road right at the entrance to the communtiy. Outdoor shower was great for rinsing off the sand before heading into the condo....made clean up a breeze! Joann was great to work with and has decorated her condo in a tasteful "Bombay / Beach" style.....so lovely! Take adjvantage of the Winn Dixie (1/2 mile up Front Beach Road) and CVS cards she has provided....saves on groceries and gas! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience.....we will be back again in the future!

  Thanks for everything Joann! My family really enjoyed our stay at your comfortable condo. Very home-like and a great place to relax after a fun-filled day at the beach or Pier Park. Very quiet and clean complex- perfect for families looking for a getaway. We were close enough to everything we needed, but far enough away to enjoy our stay in PCB. Would definitely stay here again! :)

  Thank you so much for letting us rent out your place for our extended weekend vacation! We had a fabulous time. The condo was perfect for our small family. We are also grateful you allowed our dog, Tanner to join us. We had a perfect trip. The condo was immaculate upon our arrival, the cleanliness and interior decoration truly impressed us.   Came to watch the beach ball drop for New Year's. Perfect and comfortable. Nice quiet complex and close to everything. Easy access to back beach rd which is always a plus. Thanks, Joann!

  We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo made us feel right at home the minute we walked in the door. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was also quiet and very clean. We very much appreciated that we could bring our dog Sophie. We liked it so well we had to stay and extra day! I would recommend staying here to any other couples looking to get away.
