Why the Owner Chose Wendwood
I chose this condo because of it's location to Highway 79, Pier Park and the grocery store. Another reason is because of how close it is to the beach, about a 3 minute walk. The beach access is right there. It's also a quiet family location on the West End of Panama City Beach, closer to Destin and in a clean area. I'm also a Realtor, and could have purchased anywhere up or down the beach, but this location is prime!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My condo's master bedroom looks out over a wooded area for privacy. Other units in other buildings here look out over other condos. I really like the crown molding, mirrored walls, and bright fresh colors. The balcony is comfortable and roomy, like having an extra room. I've just added new carpet, and the condo looks brand new! I'm really proud of it.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo made us feel right at home the minute we walked in the door. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was also quiet and very clean. We very much appreciated that we could bring our dog Sophie. We liked it so well we had to stay and extra day! I would recommend staying here to any other couples looking to get away.

JoAnn-thank you for letting us stay at your condo. The week flew by. We enjoyed everyday there. Your condo was nice, roomy, clean and like home away from home. It was also nice and quiet and everyone was very friendly that lived in the units around your condo. I hope to come back to PCB someday in the future and we would definitely consider staying there again and we would definitely recommend it to our friends here in Pinckneyville, Illinois. Also my husband is a car salesman at Carbondale, Illinois and I am sure he will pass the word onto his customers that may be headig that way. We spent the winter here and Joann's beautiful condo. It is a very comfortable, quiet complex and ideally located to the beach, shopping and resturants. It is hard to imagine that our stay is coming to end. Joann and husband are fantastic to work with and will resolve any issue quickly and promptly. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUETLY!!!! The Condo was everything Joann said it was, very clean and well maintained.location was close to everything and just a very short walk to the Beach. My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week (with our little dog), and we loved it. It's a lovely condo, and it is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The location is great; it's close to Pier Park with lots of shopping and restaurants. Joann was great to work with. She responded immediately to notes and provided us with everything we needed to get settled.
