This is a WONDERFUL condo. The listing description was to a T! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The condo complex was very quiet and everyone was friendly. Very close to the beach. Joann was very helpful with everything and quick to respond and answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here and hope to again someday soon!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great condo. The pictures are very exact and current. The entire condo and grounds were exceptionally clean. The neighbors are great(Vivian). Joanna was very efficient. We will go back. We carried two small dogs and they enjoyed the place also. Very pet friendly. I must say the condo was cleaner than other PC Beach condos that are not pet friendly. Try this place you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful stay!

This unit is exactly as pictured. It is clean and well equipped with all of your basic needs (towels, blankets, pots, pans, pillows, salt, pepper, etc...). It is in close walking distance to the beach. You just have to walk through the complex, cross the street and you are there. The property and pool were well maintained. The pool didn't ever seem to have more than 5 people at it. The complex is quiet and family friendly. Joanna answered all of our questions quickly prior to our stay and while we were there. We had two minors issue while we were there. We had spotty internet connection. For some reason it would loose its connection several times a day, but it was easily resolved just by resetting it again. And the washer spin cycle stopped working on check out day. We worried that Joann would be really up set with us and keep our deposit, but this was not the case. She was very nice about the whole thing and was worried that the clothing we washed didn't get done. We would most certainly stay here again.

Great Location! Well Maintained!

This was our first VRBO experience and I could not have asked for a better experience! The condo was located about 1 mile from Pier Park and had easy side street access to PCB parkway for a faster commute to the other side of town. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach! A Pedestrian Crosswalk is marked on Front Beach Road right at the entrance to the communtiy. Outdoor shower was great for rinsing off the sand before heading into the condo....made clean up a breeze! Joann was great to work with and has decorated her condo in a tasteful "Bombay / Beach" style.....so lovely! Take adjvantage of the Winn Dixie (1/2 mile up Front Beach Road) and CVS cards she has provided....saves on groceries and gas! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience.....we will be back again in the future!

Thanks for everything Joann! My family really enjoyed our stay at your comfortable condo. Very home-like and a great place to relax after a fun-filled day at the beach or Pier Park. Very quiet and clean complex- perfect for families looking for a getaway. We were close enough to everything we needed, but far enough away to enjoy our stay in PCB. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Thank you so much for letting us rent out your place for our extended weekend vacation! We had a fabulous time. The condo was perfect for our small family. We are also grateful you allowed our dog, Tanner to join us. We had a perfect trip. The condo was immaculate upon our arrival, the cleanliness and interior decoration truly impressed us. Came to watch the beach ball drop for New Year's. Perfect and comfortable. Nice quiet complex and close to everything. Easy access to back beach rd which is always a plus. Thanks, Joann!

Best Vacation to Panama City Beach in years

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo made us feel right at home the minute we walked in the door. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was also quiet and very clean. We very much appreciated that we could bring our dog Sophie. We liked it so well we had to stay and extra day! I would recommend staying here to any other couples looking to get away.

Once again we had a great time staying in your condo. You have it beautifully decorated and the location is perfect! Thanks for allowing pets. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our 2 dogs.

JoAnn-thank you for letting us stay at your condo. The week flew by. We enjoyed everyday there. Your condo was nice, roomy, clean and like home away from home. It was also nice and quiet and everyone was very friendly that lived in the units around your condo. I hope to come back to PCB someday in the future and we would definitely consider staying there again and we would definitely recommend it to our friends here in Pinckneyville, Illinois. Also my husband is a car salesman at Carbondale, Illinois and I am sure he will pass the word onto his customers that may be headig that way. Thanks for everything again, you were super friendly to deal with.

We spent the winter here and Joann's beautiful condo. It is a very comfortable, quiet complex and ideally located to the beach, shopping and resturants. It is hard to imagine that our stay is coming to end. Joann and husband are fantastic to work with and will resolve any issue quickly and promptly. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUETLY!!!! May you experience the same when you book with Joann.

The Condo was everything Joann said it was, very clean and well maintained.location was close to everything and just a very short walk to the Beach. Joann kept in touch with us and kept us informed on the oil spill. We had a wonderful vac. and our poodle love it to. The next time we go to Florida I will be contacting Joann. My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week (with our little dog), and we loved it. It's a lovely condo, and it is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The location is great; it's close to Pier Park with lots of shopping and restaurants. Joann was great to work with. She responded immediately to notes and provided us with everything we needed to get settled.

We are nearing the end of a one month stay at this resort and would like to say how much we have enjoyed it. It is only a short walk to the beach. Stayed here for an entire week with 5 kids and 2 dogs, plenty of room and very nice. Will definitely book again. Short walk to the beach and right at the pool.

I would recommend this particular unit to anyone! The condo was decorated perfect for the beach. The pictures actually detail exactly what you will see when you arrive. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes, and the complex was family oriented. We will be back soon! Amy Parker

Made a last minute trip over Memorial Day weekend and the owner was very easy to work with. Very well kept and clean. Short walk to beach was extremely convenient. Couldn't possibly beat the price either. I'll be back to visit again.
