The aspen trees are starting to change to shimmering gold. Don't miss an opportunity to check out the majestic mountain views, hikes, drives, biking and fresh mountain air in September and October. Our home has fantastic views and is conveniently located. Come & relish the fall colors!

Our condo is a wonderful place for a family vacation in stunningly beautiful Mt. Crested Butte. Enjoy the tranquil views in our relaxing & attractively decorated home. The private one-car heated garage, laundry room & front entry are on the ground level. The next floor offers kitchen, living/dining area, master bedroom with queen-sized bed & bath. The top level has two additional bedrooms & bathroom. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with one twin-size mattress and one full-size (double) mattress. We're in a small complex of 14 units called Snowfall Point Condos on Snowfall Drive. The complex is located above the Pitchfork neighborhood and we're neighbors to the Villas.

Relax as you soak in the amazing views from just about every window and breathe in the fresh air as you sit on the deck. In the winter, settle down in front of the beautiful, moss-stone, wood-burning fireplace to relish an enjoyable day enjoying outdoor, winter activities. When you turn in for the night, snuggle into any of the luxurious beds, all fitted with luxurious cotton bedding!

Summertime activities seem endless with hiking, biking, wildflowers, fishing, free summer concerts, rafting, boat rides and more. Ride the summer ski lift and hike or bike down the mountain. Sample the delicious food at many of of the local restaurants.

When stresses of life start building up, it is time to say, "Serenity Now!" and rejuvenate yourself in this "home away from home."

You will be close to ski slopes and a short shuttle ride into the historic town of Crested Butte. "Serenity" will provide you with comfortable and relaxing accommodations in a convenient location.

Fall colors are beautiful, so be sure to visit during September and early October.

Enjoy complimentary coffee, assorted teas or hot chocolate along with creamer, sugar or sweetners. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, glasses & cooking pots/pan & utensils. There are also paper plates & cups. Plastic forks, knives & spoons are located with the metal ones. All of this is to make your stay comfortable & convenient!

Rates are lower for weekly or monthly stays. What a great way to spend the winter or summer! Please email an inquiry for more information.

You can catch the free shuttle at the end of the street either at Pitchfork or Castle Road (the Castle Road shuttle stop is about a 1-2 minute walk). A shuttle schedule is posted in our condo. Parking is also available at the ski area. If you feel like walking, our unit is about a 10-minute walk to the Silver Queen and Red Lady lifts and about a 5-minute walk to the new WestWall lift. The small condo complex is located off of Snowfall Drive and is near The Villas.

RENTAL POLICIES:
Minimum Stay: *** During the summer, you can stay 2 nights with a $100 cleaning fee. ***
3 Night Minimum Except During 12/21/09 - 1/1/10 and 7/2/09 - 7/06/09 When a 5 Night Minimum Stay Applies.
Additional Costs: 12.5% CO Sales/Lodging Taxes. For stays of 30 or more days, the sales/lodging tax is not applicable.
Under certain circumstances, a cleaning fee may apply
Refundable Security/Damage Deposit Required
A small, well-trained pet may be considered. An additional pet fee & cleaning fee would apply. Any pet must be approved in writing by owners.

Booking Requirements:

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for all reservations. If reservation is made less than 60 days before arrival, full payment is required. We accept MC, VISA, AMEX & DISC credit cards.

  • Bunk Bed: Bunk bed has a double (full) sized mattress on the bottom and a twin-sized mattress on the top of bunk bed. This bedroom also has wonderful mountain views.
  • Crib: 1 Graco portable crib/play area with an infant bassinette insert.

  • Mountain View: The mountain views from this home are truly fantastic. You'll be able to see multiple mountain peaks, but the most visible are Mt. Crested Butte, Whetstone, Mt. Emmons (aka "Red Lady") and Axtel.

  • This condo is an end-unit located in a small, quiet complex. There are only 14 units in the complex. Private garage, laundry room & entry are located on ground floor. Living, dining, kitchen & master bedroom are on the next floor. Two other bedrooms ("King Room" and "Bunk Room") and another full bathroom are located on the top floor. The only neighbors are on one side. Unit is within walking distance to the new high-speed quad Westwall lift. One can also walk 10-15 minutes to the ski area or walk to one of two nearby free shuttle bus stops (located on Castle Rd off Gothic or below in the Pitchfork area). Summer is a wonderful time to visit as well. Enjoy 4th of July celebrations, Wildflower Festival, Festival of the Arts, hiking, biking and just relaxing!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at "Serenity." The accommodations were clean & comfortable, and fully equipped. We were pleasantly surprised that you seem to have thought of everything we could want or need during our stay. Since we arrived late in the evening, before having time to visit the local grocery, the complimentary scones mix was much appreciated at breakfast the next morning. The location was great also. We enjoyed gazing at the stars at night and even saw a herd of elk during the day from the balcony. I highly recommend this property.

  • WOW!!! This was an absolutley fantastic vacation. The condo was perfect. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and the wonderful, thoughtful amenities are too numerous to mention. The weather was beautiful and the snow was deep. Tremendous views. New Years Eve on the mountain was a blast, something our kids will never forget. We will definitely come here again, and tell everyone we know about this great find. Thanks for everything!!

  • Thank you for a GREAT place to stay! The fridge was stocked with lots of food for our Ride the Rockies trip and the location was quiet! It was so nice not to have to get a reservation at a local restaurant and just relax. The beds were really comfortable and the amenities far surpassed those of a hotel...not to mention it is a LOT less expensive! Thank you so much!     "From the moment we walked up the stairs we were so impressed with everything. There was enough room for our family to be comfortable during our stay. Serenity was well-stocked with all the basics plus many extras. There were so many personal touches throughout that we really appreciated. The location is awesome!! We built snow forts, went tobagganing down the massive hill right behind Serenity and of course, the skiing was phenomenal! Hot chocolate with a warm fire was the perfect way to end our day. We are originally from the Northwest and it was wonderful to be able to spend some time back in the mountains, that we miss so much! We will definitely come back!"

We stayed over president's day weekend and we were pleased with how close the condiminum is to the lifts. The local hospitality was fantastic as the snow. We'll be back again!

    Fabulous location for a mini-family reunion with only a little work intruding. We enjoyed hiking Oh-Be-Joyful, Lower Loop, P\path to town & ski area (right from front door). Did spectacular drive to Gothic & Crested Butte Art Festival. The weather was great. The views & accomodations - FABULOUS! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your wonderful, comfortable condo!!   • We recently stayed in "Serenity" for our 12th anniversary and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was comfortable, cozy and very inviting. The condo is private and quiet. Truly a home away from home. The view from the large window in the living room is spectacular. There is plenty of room for your whole family. We can't wait to come back with our kids. The complimentary coffee and tea were just the right extra touch. We stayed for 4 nights and we never ran out of activities or new places to eat. We would recommend this condo to anyone who loves a carefree and comfortable vacation.

    We reserved the condo (Serenity - aptly named!). Weather was fantastic! Chilly dry mornings, afternoon showers, late afternoon sunshine, mostly clear/dry evenings. Activities included: tennis, golf, 5K run, ski-lift, hiking, sightseeing, etc. Only suggestions: STAY LONGER - there is so much to do! Enjoy! Comments from guest book located in condo.
