Accommodations: one king bed, two queen beds, bunk bed plus trundle. This cottage will comfortably accommodate a family of 9. But it's also perfect for couples traveling together.

Blue Lagoon was built in 2005, a cottage home in Old Florida Village, a new Seaside type community in Santa Rosa Beach from which you can walk to beautiful white sand beaches or enjoy great discount shopping and endless summer time activities. There are miles of walking and biking paths and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just down the street. It has 1600 square feet of finished living area and will sleep up to 9.

This non-smoking home is beautifully decorated in a Light Caribbean motif with an emphasis on quality and comfort.

The entire house is upgraded in many ways. This house was purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind - comfort and enjoyment.3 Bedrooms upstairs; 1 bedroom on main level.Front deck on first level, and balcony off the master bedroom for your enjoyment.
Fully equipped kitchen & an outddor gas grill.
All rooms with TVs & DVD players. Wireless internet connectivity is provided at no extra fee.

Great restaurants & coffee shops within short walking distance.

When you are ready to hit the beautiful white sand beach with gorgeous emerald water, it's only a short stroll to the beach access which has a picnic area and clean restrooms. Walk, drive or bike to enjoy the beach.

There are also two community pools in the neighborhood for you to use during your stay. The first pool is only 4 houses down the street.
There are a multitude of great restaurants in the area and Old Florida Village is just a 15 minute drive to one of the largest discount outlet malls in the region. Outside summer concerts, local art displays, golf, biking and hiking are just a few of the entertainment options. The picturesque and charming communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside are just a short distance away.

CANCELLATION POLICY
$500 Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation.Balance rental amount is due 45
days prior to occupancy.
All Cancellations are subject to $500 cancellation fee.Cancellation made 45 DAYS or less prior to arrival will be charged entire rental fee unless the home is rented to another guest for those dates.
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
$175 Cleaning Fee, and 11.5% Florida Taxes are included in all Weekly rates.

We Do Not Rent to Groups of Singles Under 25.
NO Smoking. Pets allowed with owner written approval.
