Accommodations: one king, two queens, two twins, and one queen sofa sleeper. This cottage will comfortably accommodate a family of 8. But it's also perfect for three to four couples traveling together or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two.
Blue Lagoon was built in 2005, a cottage home in Old Florida Village, a new Seaside type community in Santa Rosa Beach from which you can walk to beautiful white sand beaches or enjoy great discount shopping and endless summer time activities. There are miles of walking and biking paths and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just down the street. It has 1600 square feet of finished living area and will sleep up to eight.
This non-smoking home is beautifully decorated in a Light Caribbean motif with an emphasis on quality and comfort.
The entire house is upgraded in many ways. This house was purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind - comfort and enjoyment. Bedrooms are carpeted; there is furnished front deck on first level, and balcony off the master bedroom for your enjoyment.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and corian counter tops.
In addition, there are five TVs with built-in DVD players. Wireless internet connectivity is provided at no extra fee.
If you like fresh seafood, Goatfeathers restaurant has a wonderful seafood menu and is within short walking distance.
When you are ready to hit the beautiful white sand beach with gorgeous emerald water, it's only a short stroll to the beach access which has a picnic area and clean restrooms. We walk, drive or bike(great bicycling area) the 0.4 mile to enjoy the beach.
There are also two community pools in the neighborhood for you to use during your stay. The first pool is only 4 houses down the street.
There are a multitude of great restaurants in the area and Old Florida Village is just a 15 minute drive to one of the largest discount outlet malls in the region. Outside summer concerts, local art displays, golf, biking and hiking are just a few of the entertainment options. The picturesque and charming communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside are just a short distance away.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, and taxes is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee.
$500 Cancellation fee if within 30 days of rental date. There is cancellation fee of $75 on all other rentals.
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.

$250 Refundable Security Deposit due within 5 days of reservation; Full amount due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cleaning Fee, and 11% Florida Taxes are included in all Weekly & Daily rates below.
