"The Studio of San Peter and Paul's Houses" is a sunny and carefully designed apartment with parquet flooring all around on the fifth floor of a famous building (that was built by the famous italian architect Kock at the beginning of XX century) with elevator.
The apartment is composed by:

- Living-dining room with round dining table and two convertible sofa beds (queen size and single)
- One bedroom with a large wardrobe
- Fully equipped kitchen
- One bathroom with bathtub and shower (there also is a washer/dryer)
It is located in a central area called “Prati" (via Catone), only a few steps away from St. Peter's Square and only 50 meters far from the entrance of the Vatican Museums. The best sites of Rome such as Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona and Pantheon are only a short walk from the building. Your place is also well connected to all areas of Rome by public transportation (buses at 20 meters and subway at 100 meters). Therefore it is the ideal location to visit the Vatican Museums -including the extraordinary Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Stanze of Raphael -, St. Peter's Basilica, Castel S.Angelo and P.zza Navona (crossing Ponte S.Angelo). Even P.zza del Popolo and Trastevere are reachable on foot. There are many restaurants, wine bars, cafés, supermarkets and many excellent ice-cream shop (we suggest you to visit the "Old Bridge!): everything you need is just 2-5 minutes walk from the apartment!

All our rates are depending on the season and are all inclusive of any utilities such as electricity, gas, air conditioning, hot water, adsl internet connection and final cleaning. There is in the building also a doorman who will help you for free for any your needs.
We can organize on your behalf transportation from and to all the Rome's Airport's and from and to Civitavecchia Port. Driver will be exactly at the exit of the baggage claim area (no problem if your flight is not on time and runs late) with the sign of your name in his hands and will take you directly to the apartment.
Check in time is usually at 12 am. but if possible we will be pleased to accomodate you earlier in the morning. Check out time on the day of departure is at 10 am. but you can leave all day for free your luggages.

However I didn't forget my original wish and for this reason as well as I'm used to travel around the world I will take care of you with a comfortable, cozy and appealing house in the heart of Rome exactly in front of the Vatican helped in this by all "San Peter and Paul's House" staff.

"My husband and I spent 7 nights in "The Studio" in May. The apartment is excellent. The website accurately describes the apartment. The location was perfect for us. Six minutes walk from St. Peter's Square so we could wander over later in the day, clear the security line in less than 10 minutes and still have a couple of hours in the basilica. The close proximity of food and wine shops and bus,tram and subway spots meant that we could spend more time sightseeing and less time traveling and shopping. The space itself was clean, comfortable and cool - the AC was a great advantage especially after coming in from a days outing. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/pots/utensils etc - which was important since I rent apartments when we travel so I can cook! I would highly recommend the apartment, especially for 2 people. We hope to return. A special thanks to Paolo who took excellent care of us."
