A 2 minute walk from our condo brings you to the beautiful Kamaole III Beach with its excellent swimming, snorkeling and body surfing/boogie boarding opportunities. Kamaole III beach is also one of the Islands favorite spots to watch the gorgeous Maui sunsets. You can also walk to the renowned Five Palms restaurant on Keawakapu Beach where you can choose to watch the sunset over the islands of Kaho'olawe and Lanai. We are a short drive to championship Wailea golf courses and the popular Shops at Wailea. You can either walk from the condo or drive a short distance to the beautiful Wailea Beach walkway. We are within walking distance to two of our favorite restaurants, Fred's Mexican Grill and Cafe O'Lei.
The kitchen features cherry wood cabinets with dark chocolate granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with every necessity of home: dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee grinder, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, bbq tools, right down to red and white wine glasses and wine cooler for all those extra beverages!
The bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, it's own A/C unit and a 32' flatscreen TV for your convenience. The living area is very spacious featuring tastefull island décor and includes a queen pull-out sofa bed, A/C unit, 46 ' flatscreen TV along with ceiling and floor fans for those warm Maui nights. Kamaole III beach which is directly across the street from our complex, has a beautiful grassy area and is one of the more popular places many have to drive to to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Fly your kite, play horseshoes, bochie ball, etc. or simply have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Kamaloe III beach also has a natural trail that you can take walking southward above the ocean towards the Mani Kai hotel.

Why the Owner Chose Hale Kamaole: We were both married before so unbeknownst to us, we each had a dream of owning property in Hawaii.
We finally made the plunge in 2007 albeit, 5 days prior to the economic downturn. Great idea but bad timing. Hale Kamaole has special memories for me as my parents, who are now deceased, stayed here in the late 1970's. Also, Russ and I stayed there in 1997 when we first got together. We absolutely love the layout of our condo, it's decor and great location. We have never rented a place in Maui with such a well equipped kitchen nor had access to the numerous amounts of beach equipment and chairs for an enjoyable holiday in the sun and surf and we've rented plenty condo's.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: It's a short walk across the street to the beach, bus stop 1/4 block away, wonderful view of the sunset 20 steps from our lanai or walk to the grassy area of Kam III beach across from the complex for one of the best unobtructed views. No stairs to deal with; grass area in front of lanai is an extension of your outside living area.
