You will love the convenience of this SKI IN / SKI OUT Vacation Home. It’s only a short walk to the end of the street where you can ski directly into Breckenridge’s Peak 9 ski area. It is also only a short walk to miles of hiking trails and some of the world's best mountain biking trails. We are only a 5-minute drive to town, however once you get here, you will feel so at home you may not want to go out.
My fondest childhood memories are family trips to Summit County. Every year my family drove up from Kansas City with 3-4 other families to spend a week together in the mountains. Now my wife and I want to create those same wonderful lasting memories for our children. We chose this home in Breckenridge as Breckenridge is the warmest, most charming village in Colorado, and we were thrilled to find this home, which matches the charm and elegance of Breckenridge. We would love to share our home with you so that you and your family can create those same wonderful lasting memories.
This is a wonderful family-friendly vacation home. Each of the 5 bedrooms is set up to comfortably accommodate a family of 4. You will have plenty of room for everyone to relax in their favorite way. What could be better after a long day of skiing than to relax outside under the stars in our private hot tub? Or if you prefer, relax and read a good book besides a warm potbelly stove in the relaxing sanctuary of our sunroom. For the kids (or young at heart), we have a full-size pool table, game table, TV with DVD downstairs where they can play and have fun without the noise bothering everyone else. We have set up the living room as a comfortable conversation area with leather sofas, where you can share stories about all your adventures in beautiful Breckenridge.
The chef in your group will love this gourmet kitchen, which is set up to cook for large groups. It has recently been remodeled to have all the latest appliances. Including 2 ovens, a microwave, a large stove-top and an oversized side-by-side refrigerator. We also have a 2nd refrigerator in the utility, room so you can stock up for the week.
The decorations can be best described as rustic luxury. The wood floors and ceilings provide that rustic mountain atmosphere you come to Breckenridge to enjoy, while the leather sofas, plush bedroom sets, and granite counter tops highlight the elegant appointments that make this mountain home second to none.
The Master bedroom with its private entrance staircase, built-in desk and armoire, and ultra luxurious Master bath complete with 2-sided fireplace is the highlight of our house. It is appointed with cherry wood floors, cherry built-ins and a large King size sleigh bed. Each of the other 4 bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated as well to make each of our guests feel right at home.
We have thought of everything to make your stay completely enjoyable. Right down to the last detail, including two sets of washers and dryers. We also have a large driveway that will easily accommodate 6 cars.
This is a family-friendly home. We have accommodations for children of all ages; from a pack-n-play and high chair to children’s games and toys to card games to the pool table and hot tub; everyone will feel at home. However, we would ask you to leave the pets at home as we do not allow pets. We also ask that you not smoke in our home.
We are confident that you will come to love Breckenridge as much as we do and your stay in our home will provide you and your family with many lasting memories.

This home is located in the beautiful quiet family neighborhood of Warrior’s Mark. This location offers the best of all for Breckenridge with the ability to ski in and out while being in a quiet wooded neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is very spacious having 3 stories. The lower floor provides and excellent retreat with a pool table, fireplace and TV sitting area to relax after a long day skiing. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals for an army. Each of the 5 bedrooms is set up for a family of 4, with King or Queen beds plus either a sleeper sofa or trundle bed close. Then what better way to end a long day of skiing then relaxing in our private spa just steps from the kitchen door on the back deck.
