The Beachfront Condo with its huge balcony directly overlooks the glistening Gulf of Mexico and sparkling white, sandy beach of Madeira Beach, less than 1 mile from the famous John's Pass Village. The Condominium was completely, professionally redecorated and upgraded with all new, stylish furnishings and brand-new kitchen stainless steel appliances.
This Unit is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Madeira, less than 1 mile from John's Pass Village, where there are many fun shops, restaurants, and boating trips. There are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance! The Cancy Kitchen (ice cream and candy store) is across the street.

The Master bedroom has brand-new, tropical island-style furniture with a luxurious wrought iron sleigh King Bed and new plush mattress, large Master bath with a huge romantic roman tub for two! I grew up in this area and have spent most of my life here. I have done a lot of traveling and think that our beaches combined with the Tampa Bay area have much to offer anyone.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I love to relax on my balcony in the mornings with my coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The beach is never crowded, however the selection of great restaurants are endless. There are also great boating opportunities. My kids love the pool and beach and never get tired of coming.
