It is located in a quiet setting only 5 min to the lake in Grass Valley park, just 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village & Lake and only 5 minutes from Blue Jay village, so you are always close to entertainment/shopping and dining. You will be amazed by the peaceful surroundings and serene mountain views (located at 5800 feet)Hiking trails are plentiful in the area.

This modern home has large comfy rooms and is equipped with forced heat throughout, dual pane windows and power outlets everywhere. It offers a bright and spacious, yet cozy living room. The living room is, as the rest of the house professionally decorated in a forest/mountain theme and features comfortable couches next to the river rock fireplace. For your entertainment, the living room offers a 32" TV, DVD player and VCR. The living room and master bedroom have beautiful dramatic cathedral ceilings.

The kitchen is well-equipped with extras like a blender, a juicer, baking pans. The open floor plan and the breakfast island add to cooking joy, but if you prefer easy meals, the built-in microwave oven is there for your convenience. We offer complementary coffee, tea and cooking spices. Our appliances are brand new.

The back door from the kitchen leads to the wrap around deck that can be closed of to make a play area for kids or to keep your pets close, we have a BBQ, comfortable chairs and a picnic table for outside dining (in season only), while enjoying the spectacular mountain view.

The Master bedroom suite is furnished with a brand new California king-sized bed and has a air hockey and foosball table for the gamers and the kids as well as another TV. On the main level bedroom there is a California king-sized bed and a baby crib. We provide linens.

Both bathrooms have an enclosed bath/shower combo and the upstairs bathroom has a dual sink and hair dryer. Towels are provided.

A washer and dryer combo are located on the main level and you'll find an iron and board, just in case...

Free Wi-Fi Hi speed internet available in and around the house, so bring your laptop.
