SILVER SUMMER BEACH HOUSE---This house is wonderful because it is a throwback to the old beach homes of the fifties. It was built on two lots, giving you 120 feet of private beach front.
The private pool is great for children, because it is enclosed and on the beach side. There is a grassed area for play, and there are two enclosed outside showers with hot and cold water. The large patio on the beachside is great for cooking out or just watching the sunset.
The master bedroom, a queen-size bedroom, the den, and sunroom all have great views of the gulf. You cannot have this kind of privacy anywhere else on the beach. It is great for relaxing and being with your family.

My husband and I drove down from Atlanta w/his mom (84 yrs old), flew our son & his wife in from St.Louis (great airport in PCB) & met my parents from Atl. (mom has alzheimers) that were staying down the street on vac also. The beach house was everything they said it would be and much more. No steps to worry about, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and kitchen. Living room very comfortable and patio outback, WOW! what a view, and sitting everywhere. The pool was perfect size for us, and even got the older kids in as well for a dip. You didn't have to bring beach chairs or floats with you they were already there. Clean, Clean place. All you need to do is bring your flipflops and swimsuits. (and towels of course, which was no problem). The week went by to quick, wish it was longer. This might of been the last vac will have with my mom, I think next year she want know any of us, if not sooner. We're glad we found this home on the beach, we will defintley be back. Thanks for sharing your home with us, and thank God for letting us have beautiful weather as well. The "P" Family

Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! Our family - four couples - spent eight amazing days at Silver Summer. We couldn't have chosen a better home for our vacation. The home was exactly as indicated in the description - actually better. The home was clean, the furniture was nice, comfortable, and well-placed inside and outside. The pool and the hot tub were a major bonus! We spent as much time there as on the beach. You can't tell from the photos, but there is an amazing awning that goes around the back and sides of the house. We were able to gather there when the sun was too hot and be perfectly comfortable. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable.The kitchen was very well-appointed with pots, pans, utensils, and appliances. We loved having access to the bathrooms from outside. We probably used these entrances more than the front and rear doors. We absolutely cannot wait to return! Thanks, again, for a wonderful week!

What an incredible time we had last week at your beautiful beach house. My daughter and I were blessed to be able to stay there with another family.Three adults and three beautiful children in all... on the beach...!!! To wake up and be this close to the ocean was a first for my girl and what a smile it brought to her sweet innocent face. The pool, huge concrete patio, swing, comfy chairs, everything was perfect!!! Beds were sooo comortable. Entire house spotless clean. Kitchen needed nothing. Oh and the laundry room was incredible. (Can you tell I am a stay home mom) The kids played in perfectly manicured grass without getting any of those sticky briar things in there feet. The beauty of God's magnificent work took my breath away each morning as I shared some quiet time with Him. I was often moved to tears. May God bless your family. And may all who stay there treat it with the upmost respect. Read the guest books and what a silver anniversary gift that keeps on giving. I know you and your family are truly anointed by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I hope to be able to stay there again someday. I can not think of any suggestions for improvement.
