Madre Del Mar, Located in Las Conchas, a security gated community just east of the down town area of Rocky Point. Madre Del Mar is for family gatherings where there is peace and serenity, quiet beachfront away from the crowded condos and resorts. Located in the most beautiful home development and beach front in Rocky Point. "Los Conchas", a gated community with 24 hour security. Las Conchas, an American settlement east side of downtown Puerto Penasco. The beautiful prestine beach and the gentle breezes and soft surf welcomes you to come and have fun come and enjoy. Peaceful family enviornment is what we are about....
Villa Madre Del Mar can accomodate your stay from two to twenty persons in bed with additional sleeping for four persons on sofas that are made extra deep. You can book one small casita (sleeps up to 4 persons sometimes 5) or book a town home that has two bedrooms and two baths, sleeps 6 in beds or 8 persons if you want to use our sofa beds.
The whole villa consists of two town homes and two casitas and can sleep up to 24 persons (four sofa beds). The center door between The two townhomes can be opened up to create one large home of 3,000 square feet plus an other 1,000 square feet including the casitas.
Madre Del Mar is walled in for privacy and parking is available in our garage.
ALL units at Madre Del Mar are decorated with olde Mexico and the beach in mind. Traditional in design and very colorful. You are our guests here at our family villa and we are here to make sure your stay is just what your wanting it to be. If problems arise we are here to help you.
Family reunions are amoung our favoite bookings, small weddings or Spiritual / church retreats. We are open fall, winter, spring and summer.
Chef available for preparing special meal(s) for you with all cleanup. Massage therapist available also beauty needs of manicures, facials and pedicures too along with horse back riding on the beach and kayaks can all be brought here to the villa for your fun and enjoyment. If you would like we can book a whale watching cruse, deep sea fishing, trip to bird island, sunset cruse, Jet Skis and much more.... just let our concierge service know your desires two weeks before your arrival.

- Air Conditioning: Four separte vacation homes, 4 air conditioning units. All units are with-in 3 years old.
- Washer: Washer with detergent on hand in a large laundry room.
- Linens Provided: All linens provided except bath towels.
- Garage: We have two double roofed with three walls carports...(no doors) plus two extra parking spaces all within the protected walled in compound.
- Covered Parking: Beside the two double roofed three walled carports we have two extra parking spaces, all within the walled in compound.
- Off Street Parking: There is 4 spaces off street for extra parking.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: There is room outside of compound for parking a boat or trailer, and there is also room at the security gate at the intrance to Las Conchas for parking.
- Wood Fireplace: Our villa has 4 wood fireplaces that are great for winter guests, plus a portable fire pit on the beach front porch.
- Beds
- Queen Bed: If renting one small house (casita) there are two queen beds in each home. If renting a town home there three queen beds... if renting the whole villa accomodations that are rentable....there are 10 queen beds total taking in all 6 bedrooms.
- Convertible Bed: There are 4 large sofas that were made extra deep for additional sleeping. Just ask for additional sheets / towels.

- Video Library: We have close to 100 video's on hand and we keep adding to our collection. Most of our video's are aimed at family viewing.

- Full Kitchen: there are four kitchens. Two are smaller with smaller refrigerators and two are large with large refrigerators
- Cooking Utensils Provided: All needs in each kitchen including Micro-waves and blenders, Coffee-pots, toasters and all cooking and serving needs.

- Catering Available: catering available from local resturants and we also have a gourmet chef that will come out and cook a special meal for your group.

- Oceanfront: Our town homes are directly on the beach front. Our casitas are located througth the garden and up the stairs to a second tier. They have all beach views and their own access to and from the beach with their own beach front patio designated for thier use.
- Ocean View: AGain, All rooms at the villa have the views of the beach and ocean as we are directly on the beach front.

- Free Long Distance: All calls made to the USA are free of any costs.
- Broadband Internet: We have one hardline and wireless connection for your lap top computers if you MUST work while you are visiting.

- Concierge services available for booking of all activities and SPA services plus beauty services. SPA and beauty services can be scheduled to come to the villa. Madre Del Mar has 5 porches on the beach front. Five porches have roofs and two porches have an umbrella that is stationary. The porches are a great addition for special gatherings (weddings) and for having small group conversations (retreats). Villa is walled in for safety and privacy. All parking is within our villa. Our decor is unique and is in keeping with the southwestern and Olde Mexican theme through out with fun colors and decor. More photos can be seen our our direct website. Our phone here at the villa is a Tucson based line and you can call in and out to anywhere in the USA for free while you are staying here. Concierge Services for local vendors can be book ahead for you. We work with good quality vendors for all activites.... plus a great chef that can cook something simple or unique. Thank you
