Only 100 feet from the pool, this beach side town home has a large, specious, nicely decorated two bedroom two bath townhome with a sleeping loft. Master bedroom is upstairs for privacy. It has a king size bed and large walk in closet and bath. The second bedroom is located on the main level and has two twin beds and an attached bath. Both bedroom are large well furnished and well maintained. The loft area upstairs has two twin beds and a large walk in closet/dressing area. It is perfect for small children or teenagers. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes or the whole area can be ignored while you enjoy your vacation.
A patio overlooking scenic horseshoe lake is located in the rear of the unit. A table, chairs and umbrella are provided for your enjoyment and come in especially handy for morning coffee or just relaxing in the afternoon after a long day at the beach or fishing. As an added bonus for your enjoyment we have five bicycles and various beach toys for your use. We only ask that you return them to the storage closet when you leave. Out the front of the unit is the swimming pool. The pool is very close and is heated during the late fall and winter months for the adventurous.
Overall the unit is very spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable.

Why the Owner Chose Beachwalk Villas
Catherine and I were already familiar with the Sandestin community before we purchased our property. We had previously owned a property in Seascape a mile or so west and had visited friends and family for several years prior to our purchase. When we finally decided to purchase, we call Sandestin real estate. Brad Smith, our agent, faxed us a listing of properties meeting our description, we flew to Destin and, after viewing the first property, made an offer to purchase. The offer was accepted and we have never regretted the purchase.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Sandestin community offers so much to do and see that we seldom have to leave the complex. One added benefit is accessibility of everything by golf cart. We simply pack what we need in the cart and go everywhere including the grocery store. It is so simple and relaxed to just cruise the resort at a slower pace. It always makes me feel like I'm on vacation, which I am.
Owner's Map of Beachwalk Villas
My wife, Catherine, and I met at, of all places, Spinnakers in Panama City in 1979 while I was at the University of Arkansas and she was at Jacksonville State in Alabama. After a couple of years of long distance dating and high phone bills I moved to the Atlanta area (Smyrna) where we were married in 1982 and still reside. We have two children. A son Charles and daughter Nikki. We all enjoy the Sandestin community and the access to all that is there. My family and I have stayed in Sandestin many times. We have stayed in the Village at Pilot House, Market Street, Bahia, and Grand Sandestin. We have stayed Beachside in Luau and Beachside II. I would have to say that of all these places, this stay at Beachwalk Villas was the best. The unit was very clean and WELL STOCKED. We like to do most of our own cooking while we vacation and most times the kitchens are lacking but this unit had everything we needed. Cable TV and wireless high speed internet were provided as well. The internet was useful to me as I was able to work from the sofa when needed. In addition to the well stocked kitchen, the owner is very generous in giving access to his golf cart, nice beach chairs and bikes. The golf cart has 3 row seating and seats 6 easily. Our kids had a blast riding back and forth to Jolee's Island and the Village. Horseshoe lake is just outside the back door and our children had a great time feeding the ducks. The swimming pool entry is just outside the front door making the location of this condo ideal. The unit has a bedroom downstairs with two single beds and an entry to the downstairs bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a bathroom with double vanity and a nice, large walk in closet. There is a loft area upstairs that has two single beds so this condo EASILY fit our family of 5. Finally, making rental arrangements was very easy and the owner was very responsive to our every need. I think that our family has found it's preferred place to stay in Sandestin and will be booking another stay here shortly. Thanks to the owner for a GREAT stay!

My husband and I stayed August 18th-22 2010. We needed a much needed rest from the hustle and bustle of our lives for the last 6 months. This condo absolutely made it happen. The pictures of the condo are exactly what the place looks like. It had everything and more that one would need for a beach trip. It was very clean and close to the beach. A 2 minute golf cart ride and you were there. The golf cart was exceptional. You can zip over to the Publix via the back way and stop on the way and do a little shopping and you don't want to miss Baytowne Warf. We have stayed numerous times in Sandestin and Beachwalk. This particular condo was by far the best. I have recommended this to our friends and family. I have already booked our vacation in June. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Welch!!

We have rented in San Destin for over 10 years and we have never stayed in a nicer, more well appointed condo. The kitchen has every utinsel you could ever need. The owners have even provided bikes, and beach chairs! Beachwalk has always been our favorite location, quite, great pool, yet a quick walk to the beach. We can't wait until next year!
