Relax in the evening by the cozy fireplace as you watch the night skiing from your living room or the activites in the Silver Mill courtyard. Want to save money or are too tired to eat out? Enjoy the well equipped kitchen which is open to the living & dining areas. The condo also has heated underground parking & humidifiers to make your stay more comfortable. Handicap accessible with convenient elevator.
The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and cable TV with HBO. On the other side of the wall from the master bedroom is an electrical closet so you never have to worry about noisy neighbors. The second bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV with HBO.
The second bath is shared among the second bedroom and the living area. The condo is fully furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, queen-size sofa bed, cable TV with HBO, VCR and DVD player in the living room and free high-speed wireless internet service.
The Silver Mill building is in the heart of River Run Village and provides easy access to all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the gondola or high-speed quad chairlift. The Silver Mill building has three hot tubs, steam room, ski locker, heated underground garage parking and a pool table in the lobby. There is also a laundry room conveniently located on our 5th floor. Nearby free shuttle service to area ski resorts and towns.

Year Purchased: 2006
I'm shown here with my grandson, Ayden. My wife Lyn and I also have a new grandaughter, McKenzie. Lyn and I are avid skiiers, bikers, hikers and just about anything else that you can do in the beautiful Colorado mountains. We live in Denver and come to the mountains on the weekends. We also have properties in Frisco and Vail that we rent out.
Why the Owner Chose River Run, Silver Mill
We purchased this condo because we love the River Run area of Keystone. When we bought we knew that a new gondola was going to be built right outside of our building. We can look out our windows at night and view the awesome night time skiing. We also enjoy having shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is always entertainment going on right outside the door-both in the winter and summer.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We chose our unit because the building has many benefits, such as several hot tubs, underground heated parking, an elevator for easy access and ski lockers. We love our unit because being on the 5th floor, it has vaulted ceilings and the mountain views are much better. It is very open so that if you're cooking in the kitchen, you can also visit with everyone in the living & dining area.

What a wonderful condo! The location is great, just moments to the gondola. It is well decorated with all of the comforts of home. The owners are extremely attentive to their guests and are prompt in communications. It is comfortable, clean and beautiful. They also provide humidifiers which is a huge plus for those of us who aren't used to the dryness of Colorado. A great find!
