Magnolia House is an airy and bright apartment, of 80 square meters, for two to five people, with a patio and a garden of 200 square meters. The apartment has two entries, on the two opposite sides of the building. From a side you enter in a courtyard where is possible to park the car, and from where, climbing few steps, you enter a beautiful balcony, full of vases bloomed, from which you enter then in the living-room.
From the other side instead you enter in a beautiful luxuriant garden of bushes and flowers; a path brings you to a wide paved patio and shaded by a splendid pergola that gives shade in summer and shields the sight from the near constructions. In the patio, which is about 40 square meters, you will find a table, chairs, deck chair,s and a barbecue.
The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, four-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine In the living room, all around the fireplace there are comfortable sofas; two divan bed, one individual and the other double, provide three additional bed places. The wide windows of the living-room allow besides to enjoy a wide sight up to the sea that you can glimpse on the horizon.
The bedroom has a double bed and has a door-window by the patio. The bathroom has a shower. The house is well furnished, elegant and pleasant. Is endowed with central heating in all the rooms. |
