The cozy livingroom has a wood stove that will warm you on snowy winter nights with dining room and kitchen adjacent. The cabin has a total of 5 bedrooms & loft and 2 baths one with a sauna and will sleep 10- 12 comfortably. The two bedrooms downstairs are perfect for the adults in your group with three additional bedrooms upstairs. One of these upstairs bedrooms is dormitory style with games and beds, great for the kids!
The world class ski resorts of Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are just minutes away. And for a day of cross country skiing the Nordic Center is just up the street.This property has very easy driving access, for those snowy winter days. In the summer enjoy all of the amenities this Dollar Point home has to offer including pool, beach, pier, tennis courts, etc. The pool & tennis court center is right across the street from this home. The 2005 summer program at Dollar Point include Wednesday night movies in the park, BBQ's, Arts & Crafts, swimming & tennis lessons.. There is a paved bicycle path out the back door which takes you all the way to Squaw Valley or down the West Shore to Sugar Pine Point. After a day of Lake Tahoe adventure, enjoy the outside gazebo and patio set for a relaxing BBQ. This vacation chalet is available for year round enjoyment!
