There is a very nice, covered, outdoor basketball court and other recreational facilities on Marco Island.

South Seas Northwest, a gated community, includes direct access to the beautiful Tiger Tail and Crescent Beaches featuring Sand Dollar Island and great shelling. The Condominium complex includes boat docks, tennis courts, swimming pool, exercise facility, washer and dryers, covered parking and more.

Marco Island is a bit off the beaten path so it is relaxing with less traffic than other South Florida communities and yet it offers good shopping and great restaurants featuring fresh fish and a wonderful assortment of cuisines and of course the great weather. Marco Island is accessible from a number of air ports. Naples is a thirty minute drive; Fort Myers, a one hour drive; and Fort Lauderdale or Miami, a 90 minute drive. There is a direct party boat from Marco Island to Key West in season and flights or boats to Key West from Fort Myers.
