The fresh new look and feel to this vibrantly decorated, Spanish style, three bedroom, two bath, air conditioned, ranch home will having you at ease in your surroundings. DaBeach House 2 is appointed with a cozy furnishing package designed to meet the expectations of those with a discerning eye for the finest in comfort. Best of all, you'll find that our vacation home is only steps (~200 yds) from the sugar-sand beachfront and lapping tides of the Gulf of Mexico.
With an open floor plan and plenty of living area, you'll find many a spot to call your own. Inside you can easily relax in the comfy living space bordered with a wall of windows overlooking a private screened in hot tub and the daily happenings on the canal. If cooking is your passion, create a feast in the fully equipped kitchen and serve it to the hungry masses in the adjacent dining area. Afterwards, take a leisurely sunset stroll and upon your return, take in a television program or watch the evening fade and let the sounds of nature lull you into tranquility.
The interior of DaBeach House is decorated in the colorful tonal hues and patterns of the tropical south Florida Gulf islands including imported ceramic tile flooring. The sleeping quarters offer bed space for six occupants.
The Tropical Safari master suite is a masterpiece of comfort. Decorated in the sirit of the warm deep tones of the rainforest, our visitors slumber peacefully in the new and spacious king sized bed and adjoining private ensuite bath.
Our Gulfwest guest room is decorated with light bamboo inspired styling. As the natural light fills the space, it brings a well known south Florida smile to your face. Two guests can tranquilly sleep in the new and cozy queen sized bed.
The Eastbay guest room is outfitted in tropical Palm Springs rattan. Two guests will find rest each night on the new and comfortable queen bed. Enjoy the beauty of the stained glass privacy window that illuminates under the rays of the morning sun.
DaBeach House 2 also offers the conveniences of a garage and private laundry facility.
There's no need to leave the property for fun and games either. Challenge a friend to a game of shuffleboard on your own lighted, regulation shuffleboard court! Salute the day by an evening of relaxation in the screened in hot tub overlooking the waterway; watch closely, you might even catch the dolphins and manatees at play.
Up for an adventure? If you go out and about, this home is centrally located on Estero Island. Just two short miles from Bowditch Point Park on the northern tip of Fort Myers Beach, this home is part of the tranquil and serene neighborhood of Holiday Heights. Our guests can enjoy the quiet and still be close to all the action of Times Square. Charter boats, jet skis and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day or night out on the Casino boat or a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Music fisherman can "catch" up-and-coming local artists at one of the many beach taverns or actually participate in various karaoke sessions offered locally.
Don't want to drive? Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the main boulevard and you can explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs.
Got a pole? Fishermen and women can try their hand at catching the local sea life from the backyard dock and deck area. Charter or bring your vessel, and explore the many mangroves in Estero Bay or set your unobstructed course for the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
If you are a land-lubber, take your toes for a stroll along the seven coastal miles of sugar-sand beaches or rent a bicycle and hit the bike path.
