This property, "Que Sera Sera" allows you to be ALMOST GULF FRONT, without having to pay the expensive price for it! This awesome five bedroom, three bathroom, home is perfect for your vacation needs and just steps from the beach. Located in beautiful Seagrove Beach and walking distance to Seaside, "QUE-SERA SERA" ("What will be, will be.") also has a private, HEATED SWIMMING POOL and is less then a 30 SECOND WALK TO THE BEACH using the small neighborhood's private beach access. There are NO Streets to cross.
The master bedroom(King size bed) and one other bedroom (Queen size bed) consume the entire third floor along with a large private bathroom which has a shower,jacuzzi tub, walk in closet and double sinks. There is a private deck for the Master bedroom to enjoy the gulf views.
First floor consists of 2 bedrooms, both with NEW King Size beds,Flat Screen Televisions and share a hall bathroom with shower/tub. There is also a large Laundry room,(not that you will be doing any wash during your stay). Second floor consists of large, open den and kitchen areas as well as bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 Twin beds) and private bathroom. The main living area which consists of the large open den,large sectional sofa, and large kitchen area. There is even a round game table decorated by local artist, Billie Gaffrey, which everyone loves.
There are 2 decks that allow you to enjoy the outdoors. One is located right off the den area and can also provide an eating area. The other deck is a private deck off the large Master Bedroom. There is also an extra refrigerator, BIKES, gas grill, beach/pool toys, beach chairs, umbrella, and Wireless DSL Internet service all provide to you at no extra charge. The garage can provide 1 car with shade and protection but there are additional spots available as well.
"Que Sera Sera" is uniquely decorated with an art deco theme and has plenty of space for large groups. You will just fall in love with this house. If you need more room, we have other properties close by as well.
Pets, Indoor Smoking and Renters under the age of 25 (unless accompanied by an adult) are not allowed. During peak seasons, rentals must be weekly only with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. There is an extra charge of $35/night or $210/week to heat the swimming pool, if desired.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Since we live in the area, our renters get immediately service, whether its a recommendation for a restaurant to try or bringing a replacement blender if needed. All of our properties are decorated in a high end fashion yet comfortable and enjoyable enough to make everyone feel at home. Guests do not have to worry about outdated furniture, appliances or dirty properties. We take care of our properties so we can make sure they are taken care of in the best way.

Rep & Karen Bennett moved from Georgia, where Rep was a dentist for 17 years, to live and work at the beach in Seagrove, FL. They enjoy raising their 2 young daughters in this small, friendly and safe atmosphere while having the freedom to manage and maintain thier 8 rental properites. Both owners are very hands on, with Rep taking care of the swimming pools and landscaping while Karen takes the reservations and guest relations. They both love interacting with thier guests to assure everyone has the best vacation possible.

After the most truly memorable experience at "Above it all" last year, we decided to try another property this year as the other one was booked. I now live much further away (in England) so thats how much we wanted to return. We arranged with 2 other couples to meet there for a lovely 10 day break. Although the house wasn't directly on the beach (I did know that in advance), we didn't want for anything during our stay. We had 2 occasions to call the owner and both times, they reacted faster than I could have believed. Karen has been both gracious and responsive during every interaction I have had with her and also with her husband. I had thought that I would miss the beach being so close but it was only a 45 second walk after all!! The pathway to the beach was nice and stable and also had a shower at one end, which was a big help. The pool at the house was perfect for our needs and it was heated to a fabulous 85 degrees for us before we arrived. I will most definitely return to Pearly White as I know I will get a great deal and a great vacation. Top job, KAren. Thanks a bunch. From the Jones's in England.

Que Sera Sera was home base for our first family vacation to Sea Grove Beach. A very short pathway led us to the beautiful beach. The kids could easily run back to the house by themselves. Plenty of shopping and restaurants were only a short walk or bike ride away. My husband and I got our exersize every morning by running to Seaside and Watercolor. The house was spacious, bright and welcoming. We will surely return.

We have stayed at three properties owned by Pearly White. Que Sera Sera, like the other two, is an extremely nice property. Well appointed, well maintained, excellent location. And the owners a great people.

The house accommodated our family very well. It was easy to move in and get comfortable. The owners were more than helpful, we were taken care of very well.

The house was lovely and had LOTS of stairs for my mom and stepdad. I was a little disappointed there wasn't a place they could sit and enjoy the ocean. The kitchen could use more cups, glasses and silverware. I was very pleased when I called about the pool security someone responded so quickly. I think next time I'll try for a smaller home on the beach. We had a ball and can't wait to return........ It is a perfect spot for a wedding week for our son!!!!!
