Our luxury, four bedroom, villa home comfortably sleeps eight, it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The uninterrupted views from the pool deck are unsurpassed. From the comfort of the seating or in the pool you can relax and watch the golfers, the wildlife, enjoy the sunsets... or simply relax...
4 burner gas BBQ, 4 loungers,4 padded chairs, 2 padded stools, table and patio umbrella.
The grand room with its vaulted ceiling is spacious and bright with comfortable seating, a multi-channel Plasma TV, DVD, and CD stereo system for your entertainment. The family dining area adjoins the grand room and overlooks the deck area with views over the golf course.
The luxury kitchen has ample work surfaces and is fitted with full-size oven, hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker; built-in microwave, dishwasher, and waste disposal unit. There is a full range of appliances and a table and chairs for family eating.
Kitchen utensils, pots, pans,crockery of good quality updated regularly.
Across the hall is a toilet and washbasin. A separate laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, bucket and mop, clothes airer and a supply of towels for use by the pool are kept here.
The master bedroom opens from the lounge area. It contains a king-size bed and ample drawer space. The en-suite opens off the bedroom with spare towels and linens, a walk-in wardrobe in which there is a fixed safe for guest's use. A hair dryer is provided.
The upstairs accommodation comprises a room with queen size bed and two twin rooms each with drawer space and large walk in wardrobes.
There are now televisions and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
There is a family bathroom with bath and shower.
Access to the 24 foot by 12 foot, fully screened pools is by patio doors from the grand room onto a covered lanai with ceiling fan. It is surrounded by an extended deck which enjoys full sun from mid-morning till sunset. Four chairs, table, umbrella, four sunbeds, 2 padded stools are provided. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced.
Seperate towels provided for pool side use.
Tha garage has been converted into a games room and recently been updated.
There is foosball , table tennis, air hockey, pool table, darts and a PS2 with an assortment of games and two games chairs. Added seating for family enjoyment.

LOVE this villa, but what’s not to love? – beautiful view overlooking 8th fairway; short walk to the driving range for early morning practice; beautifully decorated and very clean; gorgeous new Master suite and formal dining furniture; well equipped kitchen and convenient poolside BBQ for times when you don’t feel like eating out AGAIN; huge selection of magazines, books, CDs and DVDs; and on and on! A wonderful home away from home with everything you could possibly want or need. This is the third villa we've rented during the last five years, and is definitely our favourite. Layout is very comfortable and practical, especially for only two people - we 'lived' on the main level and left the upstairs unused, so we didn't feel lost in all that space. Great location on a quiet cul-de-sac within Highlands Reserve, close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We hated to leave, and cannot wait to go back!!

We have just returned from a lovely week in your villa. It is difficult to know where to start in our compliments but here goes.... We found the location perfect, the resort itself was clean and tidy and although there were a few for sale our impression was that the owners cared for their homes and as such a walk round the community felt very safe. The villa itself was very well equipped with the kichen had every item we could have possibly imagined which actually encouraged us to spend a couple of nights in and cook for ourselves. The pool area is beautiful with a stunning view of the course and beyond and being west facing gave us the day long sun and perfect sunsets. The facilities within the villa were also excellent although we didn't use the games room as much as we first thought, the wide screen tv and choice of cable channels was perfect to unwind with a movie at the end of the day. Once again thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful villa, best wishes for the future.

We both had a lovely time, it always feels like going home when we return to Florida. This time your house helped to make the difference. We didn't see any insects, I know it is difficult in the Florida climate. We do very little cooking when we are away, we usually eat 'on the go' but it was a pleasure to have a nice clean kitchen with good pots and pans etc. The bed was very comfortable and with nice clean white sheets, I think you have got it just right. We also enjoyed the position of your house. I would not have any difficulty in recommending your house to family and friends and all being well, we hope to return ourselves next year.

Your house is by far the loveliest we have ever stayed at. Everything you described is true! - What a wonderful feeling it was to open the door to your house - you together with your management company are obviously very particular about cleanlinesss - it was the first thing we noticed.
