Very comfortable, top-floor, one bedroom plus loft with sleeping area, Mountainside Condo with skylight, deck, fireplace and spectacular views of Peak One and Buffalo Mountain. The building backs to the Eagles Nest Wildernest area, the Peaks Trail trailhead, mountain biking and cross country ski trails are directly adjacent. This unit was a former model for the MountainSide development and features many upgrades.
The living area has a wood fireplace, queen-size sleeper sofa, TV with expanded cable and HBO, DVD/VCR player, and CD player.
There is a breakfast bar with three stools that divide the living area and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for up to six people and includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the basic kitchen supplies for cooking meals. We also provide a humidifier, and ironing board with the Condo rental. Condo cleanings between guests is included in the weekly rental price.
The Condo is equipped with a phone and free local calls. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, clock radio, and a view of Buffalo Mountain. Stairs leads upstairs to the large bedroom-size loft with skylight and another queen-size bed, for a total sleeping capacity of six people.
There is covered, reserved parking for one vehicle and additional unassigned parking for additional vehicles. The Clubhouse amenities include indoor heated pool, racquetball, steam room, dry sauna, wet sauna, entertainment area, and three large outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, free outdoor gas cooking grill and spectacular views to Mount Royal. Coin operated laundry facilities are also available in the Clubhouse. |
