Designed by world renowned Dungan/Nequette Architects and showcased in the May 2008 Southern Living magazine, Bikini Bottoms is sure to put a smile on every face. Just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf Emerald Coast, every inch is creatively utilized in this non-smoking, whimsical beach home. The inverted floor plan has both bedrooms on the main floor (each with full private bath) and a large attached screened porch to enjoy every moment of Carillon Beach. The master offers a queen bed while the guest bedroom has three twins. Upstairs, you will enjoy the beachy blues and greens of the living room and fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen. The living room offers one of three HDTV televisions, a CD/DVD player, games, books, and everything to make your beach stay memorable. Ocean views, spectacular sunsets and al fresco dining can be enjoyed from the oversized 2nd level sun deck off of the living room. Bikini Bottoms has also features a secluded garden and over 600 sqft of deck space for enjoyable outdoor living.
Bikini Bottoms is in a prime location less than 23 steps from almost one mile of sugar white sand at Carillon Beach. No need to tolerate the Seaside or Rosemary traffic or cross 30A to get to the beach when you have all of the privacy and security of Carillon with the conveniences of a vibrant resort gated community.
Carillon, located just beyond the east end of 30-A, is a gated community of single-family homes located within steps of Carillon Beach, Downtown Carillon (shops and restaurants), Lake Powell and bicycle paths that will take you along the adorable beach communities of Rosemary, Seaside, and Seagrove, and several state parks. There are plenty of amenities at Carillon; including three pools (one heated, one gulf front Beach Club), two tennis courts, kiddie pool, basketball/sport court, bicycle rental and, of course, plenty of beach front to enjoy. Enjoy live music Downtown at 'Grooving on the Green' during summer, or listen to the music of the Gulf right on your own porch. Beach chair service is included (March 1- October 15) for your pleasure which includes two chaise lounge chairs and a large beach umbrella. Pier Park, the Emerald's Coast newest desination shopping/theater/resturant complex, is just a 10 minute drive away. See Links below for more information. Getting to Bikini Bottoms is now even easier with the opening of our new airport, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in 2011.
For the quick grocery trip, Publix and Winn Dixie are just a 1/4 mile away. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are also included.
And for those of you who must 'work' while on vacation, you will appreciate the recent addition of WiFi high-speed Internet service. NOTE: Please plan on using your mobile phones, as there is no land line phone service at “Bikini Bottoms”.

This was a great stay for us during Spring Break. Bikini Bottoms was just the right size for me and 3 teenage girls. The community was great. It was gated and I felt very safe. It was just the right distance from "all the action". A very short drive to Pier Park. The house was in great shape and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful week at Bikini Bottoms. It is a perfect beach house for our family of five, so close to the white sandy beach and a very short walk to the pool. Loved Bikini Bottoms! The house was perfect for our holiday vacation. So clean and well decorated. The personal touches made it feel like home. Enjoyed the pools, especially the one with the beach view. Neighborhood was quiet and the ringing of the bells added to the feeling of the season! The owners were easy to work with and very accomodating. Would definitely visit again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Mr. Mandula, I waned to thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful house and we will defintely be back next year!! This was one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The listing is true to its word and is right by the beach. My husband, our 9 month old, and myself felt right at home in this adorable beach house. The bathrooms were in great shape and were really clean. There is noting I hate worse than a nasty, moldy bathroom, so when we showed up to the house, I was definitely impressed with how clean the bathrooms were (especially being a beach house). The "kids" bathroom and bedroom was decorated so cute! We brought a "pack & play" crib for our 9month old son and it fit perfectly between the beds with plenty of room to walk around. The front screened-in porch on the house was great for relaxing and keeping all our beach gear close by without cluttering up the inside of the house. All in all I have to give this vacation a "10" since the house was great an the location was perfect to being close to the beach.
