    This was a great stay for us during Spring Break. Bikini Bottoms was just the right size for me and 3 teenage girls. The community was great. It was gated and I felt very safe. It was just the right distance from "all the action". A very short drive to Pier Park. The house was in great shape and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

    We had such a wonderful week! The location was perfect for our daily trips to the beach. Love this community. Movie night on the lawn was so fun... nightly snow cones at Candyland too. Cant wait till next year!

    Loved Bikini Bottoms! The house was perfect for our holiday vacation. So clean and well decorated. The personal touches made it feel like home. Enjoyed the pools, especially the one with the beach view. Neighborhood was quiet and the ringing of the bells added to the feeling of the season! The owners were easy to work with and very accomodating. Would definitely visit again.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    We had a wonderful week at Bikini Bottoms. It is a perfect beach house for our family of five, so close to the white sandy beach and a very short walk to the pool. This is our second visit to one of Jack and Janes houses and we have loved every moment in both. We will be back soon!

    Mr. Mandula, I waned to thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful house and we will defintely be back next year!! This was one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The listing is true to its word and is right by the beach. My husband, our 9 month old, and myself felt right at home in this adorable beach house. The bathrooms were in great shape and were really clean. There is noting I hate worse than a nasty, moldy bathroom, so when we showed up to the house, I was definitely impressed with how clean the bathrooms were (especially being a beach house). The "kids" bathroom and bedroom was decorated so cute! We brought a "pack & play" crib for our 9month old son and it fit perfectly between the beds with plenty of room to walk around. The front screened-in porch on the house was great for relaxing and keeping all our beach gear close by without cluttering up the inside of the house. All in all I have to give this vacation a "10" since the house was great an the location was perfect to being close to the beach. Carillon beach was perfect place for a quiet beach getaway.

    What can we say....Bikie Bottoms is beautiful, exactly as described and a simply wonderful experience. The beautiful Gulf beach, fresh local seafood and fun beach house. Highly recommend!

    Our family loved our week at Bikini Bottoms. Our daughters fell in love with the house immediately. Great property, excellent accomodations, and superb upkeep. Very close to the beach and the pools. The community was just what we were looking for, very laid back and quiet. My wife and I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle associated with the more commercial beach areas.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    What can I say about Bikini Bottoms and Carillon Beach? WE HAD A BLAST!! The house was just steps from the beach walkover, couple minute walk to pools, and a short walk to downtown for a quick bite to eat if you didn’t feel like cooking…. Carillon Beach was just simply relaxing with its slow pace kick back quietness, never a worry about our 6 year old riding his bike and a car zipping by fast. We flew into Panama City Beach, didn’t even rent a car, rented bikes a couple of days to tour around Carillon to look at all of the beautiful views and gorgeous homes, walked to the store to get a weeks worth of supplies and just called a cab to get a ride back, quick walk or bike ride to CVS or Winn Dixie for a quick supply replenish. My husband is not one to be able to relax with a crowd around etc. He had no problems, so quiet, the beach was beautiful and quiet, not crowded like other places we have been in the past. Our son particularly loved the idea that he was going to be sleeping at “Spongebob’s House”, which was just great, eating meals on the upper deck, outdoor shower was great to rid of the sand you inevitably haul from the beach with you. We will definitely be visiting again!! Thank you Jane & Jack for sharing your home!!

    Just got back from our first stay at Bikini Bottoms; great house with an ideal location--steps from beach walkover but only a few minutes walk to pools too. Our family has vaca'ed at Carillon for several years now; we love the location and the fact the n'hood is gated w/ no thru traffic (unlike similar developments down 30A). We've stayed in several different houses in Carillon and would rate this house among our faves. We found the house, amenities, etc. exactly as described in the listing, and highly recommend it.

    Bikini Bottoms was a perfect. We loved the short walk to the beach. My kids loved the bunk beds, outside shower and swing on the front porch . The community was so friendly. Could have not been a better beach holiday. Jack, we need to book for next year! Can't wait

    What a great time we have had. I don't want to go home. The swing was a lifesaver getting a baby to sleep. Carillon is such a wonderful and safe community for the kids. I will recommend Bikini Bottoms to my customers. What an end to such a beautiful week. Can't wait to return.

    Jane and Jack- Thank you for the use of your beach cottage. We loved the short walk to the beach and all the pools! We even enjoyed the option of sitting/eating out on the upstairs deck. All is perfectly decorated for a beach house. Thank you for everything!!

    We just wanted to write a quick note of thanks for letting us stay in your fun and cozy home. We appreciated out time there especially the short walk to the beach.     Great house- colors are great and furniture is comfortable. Beach is lovely. Boys liked the pools, hot tub, baskbetball court. We even had(mostly) great weather. Thanks for a lovely place to stay!

    The house was charming, the owner was very solicitous and helpful, and the beach was spectacular. This house is beautifully decorated and had everything one would need. Screened porch and deck are gerat-- the photos are completely accurate, except that the fountain outside ther porch is no longer set up. This a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation.

    It is hard to decide what our favorite part about our trip was but here are a few... the short walk to the beach, the decor of the house, the porch, the swing on the porch, the deck, the coffee maker, the movies (kids), our next door neighbors, watching fireworks from the deck, riding bikes and the golf cart aound this adorable neighborhood, pool-hopping, crab hunting, and well, EVERYTHING!!!! Thank you!!

    We had a most enjoyable week here. It is such a "happy house" and the Carillon community is our favorite. Thanks for the restaurant recommendations. We ate at 30A, Georges and Fish Out of Water - all winners. We hope to return.

    We loved the house! I spent weeks looking at the houses on-line (all of them) and yours seemed to fit us best. We were so right! The house is beautiful & the decorations are perfect for abeach house. We had some friends come over and they fell in love with it too. Thanks for the books and dishes - we didn't need anything else.

    We had a great time here at your wonderful and fun whimsey cottage. From tennis to heated pools to ocean sand and beach to endless card games we had a great time. Thanks for sharing.     We had a great time we love the green and blue walls and the beach it was so fun going to shops. I had a blast as a teen.. I finally had a chance to relax and the beach was beautiful. We all had a great time here at Carillon, We will be back!!!!
