- Air Conditioning: New air conditioning system is silent and efficient. Ceiling fans in all rooms are most pleasant for island breezes, but when the island is hot, take a break inside for cooled air.
- Washer: Conveniently located in the ample laundry room, directly off the kitchen, the washer and dryer are out of the way, but easy to launder the daily wash of beach towels and shorts. Pack very lightly and take advantage of the washer and dryer!
