Our South Padre Island Condo Rental unit is located within the "Dolphin" Condominium complex at the corner of Gulf Boulevard and Dolphin Street. This is a relatively new building, built in 2002. It is a two-story, townhouse-style unit. Two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Our renters (summer AND winter) rave about the complex and convenience to local shopping and dining.

South Padre Island's Gulf Boulevard is the main drag that runs along the beach, so you are literally steps away from Beach Access. Conveniently located at the end of our street is the island supermarket, which is really convenient, when you just want to grab a few items at a reasonable price and avoid getting "robbed" by the convenience stores. People who stay in our condo rave about its location.

Again, beach access is just across the street. Click on the link below for detailed photos and a nice aerial shot of the complex which gives you a bird's eye view of the complex in relation to the rest of the island. And if you walk two blocks the other way, towards the bay, you have the marinas, from which you can view the fireworks on the weekend. You hardly even need a car.

Each upstairs bedroom has its own private balcony and dedicated bathroom. The back-door leads out to a plush tropical courtyard.
The courtyard is a fenced in area, so let the kids run around with peace of mind. The courtyard connects with the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and appliances you will need. Plus, the unit has its own washer and dryer. Each TV in the unit has cable TV and DVD player.

  • My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very nice, very clean and a very convenient place to stay. It was steps from to the beach, and the supermarket. The process to rent it went very orderly, smooth and fast. I would definetly stay there again in my next visit.

  • We enjoyed staying in this condo the past January and February. We particularly liked its close proximity to the beach and also found the nearby grocery store convenient. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. In addition, the kitchen was well equipped with a nice variety of cooking and eating utensils. The owner was very compatible to work with and we would most definitely rent this condo in the future.
