If you know Paradise Village, you probably know about Playa Royale and its luxury features, including full granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances and huge floor plans. Walking distance to Paradise Village Mall and Resort, the location is unsurpassed. But it’s the 55 steps through the beautiful pool and garden, to the pristine miles of white sand beach that sets Playa Royale Residences apart and really proves the phrase location, location, location.
Make no mistake, Playa Royale RESIDENCES is the Centerpiece Oceanfront building, also known as TOWER 5, and it’s where you want to be. The lovely ocean front pool, hot-tub, and BBQ Palapa is for the Residences only. You have access to the big pool at the beach club close by, but they don’t have access to yours. This ground floor one bedroom, two bath unit was the model, and is beautifully decorated and furnished. To keep the unit in tip-top condition for our guests, this is a NON SMOKING UNIT.
Special features include FREE UNLIMITED IN-UNIT INTERNET WIFI, two cable TVs, a DVD/VCR, a Stereo/CD Player, a large in-unit washer and dryer, and some loaner boogie boards and pool toys. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, range, microwave, side by side refrigerator with through door purified water and ice.
The coffee maker will also do espressos and lattes if you so desire, and a juicer allows you to make the most of the wonderful oranges found at the local market. All of the cookware, dishes, and utensils are new and coordinated, not leftovers or mismatched hand-me downs.
You’ll find a nice decanter and matching wine glasses, a blender for those pina coladas and margaritas as well as plastic glasses for the pool area. Juan, the bilingual on-site building administrator, as well as the entire staff, is very friendly and helpful, and of course the building has 24-hour security. There is also a telephone in the unit (free local calls), and an in-room safe (also free) for your convenience and further security. As you might expect in a building like this, all the water is purified and the electricity is set to the US standard current.
Of course you’ll have access (for a small fee) to El Tigre Golf Course and the gorgeous new sports club with its Olympic-size pool, tennis, kid’s center, clubhouse and enormous state of the art fitness center.
And all of the wonderful activities which make Paradise Village and Puerto Vallarta famous - swimming, boating, sightseeing, fine dining, and night clubbing are all right there in the village, as well as our favorite sport, Sunset watching from your own private oceanfront terrace con Margaritas y Cervesas.

Why the Owner Chose Playa Royale
Puerto Vallarta, and especially Nuevo Vallarta, is the best destination we've come across in our years of travel because of the combination of its location, its warm and friendly people, and the facilities and weather. Its all you want in a beach vacation, but much more, with the charming villages and wonderful culture. Its like Hawaii used to be, but closer and without the high prices. We can be in PV in 3 hours from San Francisco, moving from fog and damp to brilliant sun and sea in the time it takes to have a coffee and read the paper.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condominium is right on the best beach ever. Wide white sand as far as the eye can see, and the warm ocean teeming with sea live, including the giant sea turtles which come to lay their eggs right in front of the building. Everyone comments on the beach walking, and we have walked as far as two hours to the next town (Bucerias) for breakfast many times, and we were less than half way down the beach. Of course the unit itself is delightful, and we love to hang out and cook in even though the temptation is to enjor the many excellent restaurants in the area

Towels need replacement dishwasher never worked even though maintenance were aware of it before we arrived. Mattress on bed could be replaced However this is a very comfortable unit and and the good things outweighed the little problems. This is Mexico and know that things like dishwasher repairs may not get done like at home. That's life and still had a great time

We recently spent a week at Len's lovely condo in Playa Royale. Dealing with Len in booking and confirming our plans was straightforward and simple; when we arrived everything was ready for our check-in. The condo is a great size for two and the furnishings are very conducive to total relaxation; everything you could need is provided. It was perfectly situated as described, a stone's throw to the beautiful pool and to the beach. Each morning we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace overlooking the perfectly manicured gardens and then headed out to the beach (with the comfy lounge cushions in tow that are provided in the unit) and relaxed our day away. The beach is beautiful for walking on, flat and long. The beach club that all guests at Playa Royale have access to serves good food and the service is great. Many good restaurants are in easy walking distance and having the shopping mall at Paradise Village with the grocery store so close by was very handy. All in all, we highly recommend Playa Royale and Len's unit as a wonderful place to stay if you want to really relax. Next time we're hoping to be able to return for a month. Thanks Len!

We just completed our 3rd visit which was a month to Casita Playa Royale (103). This is one time pictures tell the whole truth. It is a lovely condo with everything you need. We enjoy doing some of our own cooking and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. This is really great, in talking to our residence a number of the condo's do not have much available at all. We have gotten to know a number of other residence that our staying there from being so close to the pool and beach. It is a beautiful condo and Len Robinson is a great person to rent from. We have very much enjoyed our relationship with him. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions as we will reconfirm how nice it is!!!

We stayed for one month in December 2008. The first 2 weeks no one was there! We had the pool to ourselves and pretty much no one on the beach. It was lovely. Christmas a bit busier but nothing like the all inclusives. Dealing with Len was amazing!!! He answered my questions, even when there were many and was always quick to respond. The unit is exactly like the pictures although feels much larger. It was very well equiped and cared for. Bed comfortable and location great with a child as we were always going back and forth. The only minor drawback was there was some lobby noise in the am from the cleaners and at Christmas from people but not much. It was paradise, the beach is fantastic. I would rent form Len over and over again, he is very helpful. We had no hassles on check in ect. The grounds at this resort and buildings are beyond clean. The staff so friendly and the location within 10 minute walk or 2 minute shuttle to everything you need. THe fitness center is high end and if you work out the pass is worth it. We golfed and what an amazing course, I even got a hole in one!! I would like to thank Len for sharing his home and making it so easy, we will be back.
