Imagine coming thru the front gate of Kiawah and already being home. Located in West Beach, in close proximity to Night Heron Park. The advantage to this home is that it is very close to all family activities, including Cougar Point Golf Course, The Strawmarket, West Beach Tennis Center, and Freshfields.

Enjoy the benefit of having your own private pool, and sitting on the deck, enjoying views of the nature-filled lagoons and Cougar Point Golf Course from both the front and back porches.

Our clean four-bedroom, three full bath home is located within an easy stroll from the beach access to Kiawah's Ten Mile Beach. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with the guest bedrooms offering queen and twin beds. There is a large TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. If your coming to Kiawah to go to the beach, you will love the convenience of this house! We have many satisfied guests that return annually and consider this their second home. Feel free to email or call with any questions.

Our property management company provides a full service resort front desk at their offices in The Island Center; just off Kiawah. You stop there on your way in to check in, pick up your keys and your security gate guest pass. They have a terrific Concierge Team to help you with all of your vacation needs and activities. There is a full time Coordinator to set up advance tee times at any of 18 top area courses. They can also set up tennis court time both on and off the island. Their Guest Services Team takes care of maintenance should a problem arise.

No Smoking Inside the house. This is a PET Friendly Home.
