A very spacious, beach house in a prime location on the south end of Fripp Island. Beautifully decorated and very clean. First time on the rental market. It will be like your own beach house with shelves lined with books to enjoy on the beach and cabinets full of games for the children. The house was furnished for private use but now you can have the opportunity to stay in a beach house that feels like your own home away from home.

You can enjoy fishing or beautiful sunsets off the private dock on the canal right in the backyard. You can also hear the ocean and feel the ocean breeze from rockers on the huge front porch. You can also get a peak at the ocean across the street from the front porch. The house is second row so you can be on the beach via the public access in a matter of seconds.You will truly have the best of both worlds at this location.House comes with a golf cart, canoe and amenity cards to use the resort facilities.

The living room has a cathedral ceiling, wet bar and fireplace. There are four bedrooms (two with queens and two with two twins each), one sleeper sofa, and three large bathrooms with tubs. The house comfortably accommodates ten. The house is furnished with all blankets, linens, and towels (except beach towels). There is also a full-size washer and dryer.

The kitchen is fully equiped with new appliances and all utensils,plates and cookware. The bar in the kitchen seats four and the dining room table overlooking the canal and marsh area seats eight. Cooking is a pleasure at our home as the view makes you never want to leave the kitchen.

The master bedroom overlooks the canal and has its own private bath. One of the bedrooms on the front (ocean) side also has its own private bathroom. The third bathroom is shared by the two other bedrooms that have the two twin beds in them.

There is a large screen porch on the back with a swing and picnic table overlooking the canal and marsh. You will be amazed at all of the beautiful birds that make their homes in the trees of the marsh. You will forget about all the stresses of everyday life sitting on the back porch swing!!

Island amenities include a security gate, 24 hour security patrol, private beach, pools for all ages, Camp Fripp, playground, exercise room, tennis, golf, marina, and restaurants.
