Modern ranch chalet, spacious and bright! Just hop in the car for the short drive to the slopes at Big Boulder & Jack Frost for skiing, snowboarding & tubing, then return to the house and shoot pool, watch movies, play games, relax! In the summer, its a five minute walk to the beautiful, 190 acre lake, where you can fish, relax on the lakeside beach, rent a canoe or paddleboat, swim in the pool (kiddie too), play in the game room or on the basketball/tennis courts or playground, and enjoy the cozy clubhouse with an outside deck, restaurant, snack bar and weekend entertainment. Towamensing Trails is a full service, private community with 24 hour security, in an ideal location! A grocery store, pizzeria/ice cream shop, video rentals, and more are located just outside the main entrance.

Our home offers three bedrooms, Master with a Queen bed and ceiling fan, second bedroom with a Full, a third with a bunkbed (Twin on top and Full on bottom), and futon, with a TV/VCR and children's movies to entertain the young or not so young! Living room has 27 inch TV/VCR, ceiling fan, cathedral ceiling with skylights, pellet stove, large selection of books, movies and games for all ages. The Recreation room has a full size pool table and a TV/VCR. Also, a card table for puzzles, games, etc. and a basketball net out front.

Things to Do: sit on the deck and read, play cards, birdwatch, walk with the deer, warm up by the fire, watch a movie, star gaze, lounge, fish, shoot hoops, relax! You will not want to leave the house, but if you do: Just a short ride away: Lake Harmony, Big Boulder and Jack Frost, Penn's Peak, Pocono Racetrack, Hickory Run State Park, Paintball, mountain biking, trails, fishing. Also nearby: The Crossings Outlets, Camelback/CamelBeach Water Park, Jim Thorpe, Wilkes Barre, and much more!
