Great 1 bedroom Vacation Condo in picturesque Fraser/Winter Park and on the free shuttle route to Winter Park Resort Ski Area.

Our Condo has a wood-burning fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, cable TV,DVD,VCR, telephone, locked outdoor ski locker, and sliding glass door that opens to a patio. The bedroom has a Queen bed and twin bunk beds, and there is a new sleeper sofa in the living room which has an added comfort bonus of a built-in air mattress! Linens are provided, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. We also have done our best to accommodate families traveling with young children by providing a port-a-crib. Games, videos and books are provided for your enjoyment. We also have a Sony PlayStation2 with games!

Our unit is located directly across from the Meadow Ridge clubhouse. The newly remodeled clubhouse has 2 hot tubs and an outdoor heated (year round) pool. There is also a steam room, game room, weight and exercise room, racquetball/basketball courts, and a coin-operated laundry room. For this ski season, you can make an appointment with the club's massage therapist to help soothe those tired muscles after a day on the slopes. The free shuttle stops right in front of our unit.
