  • We have vacationed in PCB for 14 years. This is the first time that we want to return to the same condo & we look forward to returning next year. Your condo is the best. We have found that many condos have beautiful furniture but only in looks, not comfort. Your furniture not only looks great, but is so comfortable & practical. You have equipped your condo with everything anyone could possibly need. Couldn't believe you actually have a good set of knives. Our visitors were also impressed with your condo & look forward to visiting us next year. We were a little skeptical about being on the 12th floor but no more-the view is awesome. Thanks for sharing your condo. We look forward to many more years of spending our vacation in your unit.

  • The condo unit was perfect - even better than as depicted in your photos. The set-up and accommodations in the unit (full kitchen, size of rooms, TVs, laundry room) were excellent. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any other tenants. Folks staying at SB were all very nice. - We liked having use of the fitness center (we had to get a key card at the SB office to access it) - the pool (and hot tub) was excellent and well maintained (and was bigger than it looked in the photos) - parking on site was easy - the grounds of Sterling Beach were attractive, well maintained and clean - and of course, the beach was great. - I don't know if there is a way you could pull it off, but the SB office told me that folks who rent through SB (and not through individual owners) were entitled to coupon for free beach chairs/umbrella. This wasn't a big deal to us, but having use of chairs/umbrella for free would have been nice. - There were three glasses that had little chips out of the rim before we used them. We left them on the counter with a little note. - The rental agency worked beautifully and could not have been easier. Check-in lasted approximately 1 minute; check-out yesterday morning about 30 seconds. - We preferred the location of SB to other condos further down the beach (west), where there was construction activity, etc. We also liked the size of SB - not too big - such that the pool was never too crowded, nor was the beach. - Our weather was perfect too - only one afternoon of storms and that wasn't a big deal. we all had a great time and will recommend you (and PCB) to friends.

  • We have vacationed at a different condo in PC just about every year for the past 10 years. We really enjoyed our stay at 1206 Sterling Beach. Absolutely beautiful condo with very nice furnishings. The pictures don't do it justice. The pool is huge. The condo much larger than the pictures illustrate and very relaxing. It was nice to at the pool with everyone very laid back and not a ton of people running around. I would recommend the pool opening sooner than 9:00 A.M. for some of us early risers but.... Having stayed in other condo's where you wait forever for elevators, and have no parking available late at night this really was enjoyable. We also like the fact that the condo is on the east end of the beach where and strip where it is not a busy and doesn't have any construction on top of you. We look forward to returning.
